Suite de ferme française avec entrée privée à clé et piscine partagée / Slide / Hot Tu

Nichée à l'arrière de notre ferme, cette suite privée ensoleillée surplombe un jardin calme avec bain à remous en pierre, piscine et toboggan de béton de 20 pieds, et est aménagé avec des détails rustiques, sol en carreaux de terre cuite, mini-cuisine et équipements modernes, tels comme double lavabos, douche en pierre personnalisée avec sky lites, chauffe-eau sans réservoir (jamais manquer d'eau chaude), porte-serviettes chauffant (idéal pour après le bain à remous), micro-ondes / réfrigérateur / grille-pain / plaque de cuisson. Bien que jointe à notre maison principale, cette suite est complètement privée avec des murs insonorisés et sa propre entrée à clé. Il y a un lit double intégré et aussi un canapé qui tire sur un grand lit. Près de 10 et 405 autoroutes, vous pouvez facilement aller à Disney, Magic Mountain, Universal, The Getty, les musées, l'aéroport, les plages et le centre-ville. Mais aussi être à distance de marche des boutiques et restaurants sympas, y compris Whole Foods, les hubs gourmands sur Sawtelle (Little Osaka), Pico et Ocean Park Boulevards. Vous êtes également à moins de 800 mètres de l'Expo Light Rail (station Sepulveda) qui vous emmène à Santa Monica en 8 minutes ou au centre-ville en 25. S'il vous plaît noter: Nous appelons notre maison une ferme parce qu'elle ressemble à un, plus nous avons un poulet libre (un frit noir appelé Alex) sur la propriété. Vous pouvez la voir pendant la journée. Elle est très sociale et de bonne nature.

Warm and welcoming hosts

Milo and Beth were great. She was very responsive and He made sure we had everything we needed and was very accommodating! If privacy is your number one priority this might not be the best place. (Which should be expected sharing space on the property) If you want to feel at home and hear some amazing stories and great tips this is the place to go!

THE FABULOUS FARMHOUSE

My mother and I stayed at this wonderful place and we both enjoyed our stay immensely. We loved everything about it, Including our gracious hosts Milo and Beth. We will be back and would definitely recommend this sweet spot to our friends and family.

Very "Local"

This is a cozy stay in a little neighborhood centrally located. Easy access to the freeway. The host Milo was very friendly. If you are looking for a place to stay that feels like you are staying at a friend's house then this is it. Milo is very attentive and will make sure you know everything there is to know about the area. The only downside to this is that we felt there was very little privacy (quick get away without the kids ya know). Overall it was a nice stay with a locals vibe.

Enter the gate and forget where you are!

Quit, nice little getaway in the middle of everything. Your mornings will be greeted by orange trees right above your door and sun coming in through a ceiling window. Once you enter the shower you don’t want to get out. Too bad we didn’t have time to enjoy the pool, but Milo was cleaning it every morning and evening. If you have ANY question just ask Milo😁He will help you with everything. You have most of the esentialls: towels(shower and beach), coffee, microwave, fridge, small stove, plates, pots, tv etc. Definetely recommend!

Great escape!

Milo was a great host with fantastic stories and personality. The property was beautiful and serene. Just what I needed to try and escape 2020, even for only a few days. There was one other couple staying and they were amazing people, who we hope will become life-long friends.

A sweet suite

A cute setup. Parking was easy. I loved the architectural details brought over to create such an interesting space unlike what we usually see in LA. The only downside was when I searched VRBO, it led me to believe it was more in Topanga Cyn area and this is Santa Monica and a bit more strip-malls with a more industrial vibe and next to a freeway. I would stay again so it wasn't a deal breaker but just unexpected. I was confused when I arrived but that was on VRBO for popping up this space when I searched Topanga. All in all.... we were both pleased.

Unique property!

We enjoyed our stay! Farmhouse is beautifully decorated and quaint. Pool is really fun, great for kids and adults. There is another rental unit on the property which we didn't expect, but it worked out fine.

The host was absolutely magnificent.

Milo was very welcoming and helpful. He suggested sites to visit and grab a bite to eat. Very helpful when ever we had questions. The house is just gorgeous. Me and my wife loved it very much. We will definitely visit milo and California again!

Oasis

Thank you Beth and Milo for creating this wonderful space. It was like an oasis in the middle of L.A. What a fabulous location near the bike path and public transport. It was like staying at a French country chateau spa with lavender scented sheets and a pool/hot tub right outside your door! Great spot, great hosts, great stay! Minor upgrades

The property owners were very nice and the property was clean. The location was convenient for downtown/shopping access. I gave an overall rating of 4 stars because access to the property walks directly next to the owners house. No curtains/blinds in windows of owners main house. Felt like there was no privacy when entering and exiting property. (6'walkway fence down the side of the house to the back would feel more secluded). It list private key entrance and that is not exactly accurate. During our stay there was constant running/banging noises from the main house late at night. For the price most hotels provide common amenities that weren't included i.e. (iron/ironing board, cable, fresh towels. etc). Overall the property accommodated us and I would stay again if a few minor changes were made. I would definitely recommend this property to friends but I would tell them to be prepared for everything I listed above.

AWESOME PLACE!

I'm originally from LA and know the area well, but was so surprised to find this hidden gem in THE BEST location. My girlfriend and I met up and each of us needed to be in different parts of the city at different times and this spot was perfect. Milo greeted us and took good care of us -- even drove us to the light rail. What a kind gesture! Beth was as attentive as attentive could be. Very fast responses and absolute kindness. The room was funky, cozy and bohemian chic awesome. Loved the bed with curtains. Our fave part was Alex, the chicken and the lovely spot by the pool. If you're looking for absolute quiet, you might want to ask about the separate rental they have by the pool. Our particular unit is connected to the house so you hear some walking noise, but nothing that would dampen your visit. Definitely hope to stay here again! Thanks for the great time! Tracy & Angela

An hidden oasis

The pictures don’t do this place justice. Milo and Beth did a fabulous job in everything they did. I can see the love and pride in every detail. Milo was wonderful, he helped us to navigate around the city. He even made sure we had our sunscreen. I felt the room had everything you would need and even extras. The neighborhood felt very safe. I went for runs in the morning and at night. The pool and hot tub was an added bonus. I was even able to master the slide with the help of Milo. It was a ten minute walk to the metro that will take you to San Monica and or LA. I will absolutely come back. Thank you Milo and Beth for opening your home.
