Guests are welcome to use the washer and dryer located in the backyard free of charge. Please note that laundry detergent and other supplies are not provided, so we kindly ask that you bring your own. You're welcome to do laundry during your stay as needed — just be sure to keep the area tidy and respectful for others.

• Maximum Occupancy: The number of guests must not exceed the number confirmed in the reservation. Unregistered guests are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.

• Visitor Policy:
– All visitors (including daytime guests) must be approved by the host in advance.
– Overnight guests are strictly prohibited, even with prior approval.
– Unauthorized visitors or overnight stays will incur a $100 fee per person and may result in cancellation without refund.

• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Please avoid loud music or noise during this time.

• No Parties or Events: This is a quiet residential neighborhood. No parties, events, or disruptive gatherings are allowed at any time.

• Yard & Outdoor Area: The outdoor area is for registered guests only. Please clean up after yourself, respect neighbors’ privacy, and do not use the space for gatherings unless approved in advance.

• Shared Walls: This unit shares walls with other private units on the property. While we ask all guests to respect quiet hours, some normal living sounds may be heard.

• No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit and anywhere near the building. Violations will result in a cleaning fee and possible cancellation.

• No Pets Allowed: For hygiene and allergy reasons, pets are not allowed.

• Toilet Use: Only toilet paper may be flushed. Please do not dispose of wipes, sanitary products, or any other items in the toilet to avoid plumbing issues.
