The front patio welcomes you as you arrive, with comfortable outdoor seating providing the ideal spot for your morning coffee, an afternoon barbeque, or an evening cocktail under the twinkling garden lights. When you’re ready to hit the sand, pack up the pups and your tote and head to the nearby beaches for full days splashing in the clear blue waters, building sandcastles, and soaking up the ample California rays. Leisurely strolls or bike rides along the coast are highlighted by even more eclectic options for shopping, dining, and scenic overlooks – you never know what you might find next!



The home’s sophisticated interior presents an open floor plan complimented by contemporary furnishings and elevated dĂ©cor, promoting spaces designed for connectivity and relaxation. Ample sofa seating can seat a crowd as you gather to stream episodes of all your favorite shows on the smart TV. Steps away, the fully equipped kitchen is a chef’s delight offering everything needed to whip up convenient meals from home, showcasing stainless steel appliances, glossy stone countertops, and ample cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware. ‱ Pet friendly! Maximum of 2 medium-sized dogs allowed. A daily $25 fee per pet will be required. There is a $200 pet fee cap. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. To avoid fines, please keep your pet on a leash and pick up after your pet.

This was a really sweet little beach house in a fantastic neighborhood. It is just a short walk to the beach or a cute shopping district and restaurants. We enjoyed sitting in outside space in the front every day soaking in the sunshine. It was perfect for hosting my adult children and their partners. The dining area is too small for a full house but we ended up not cooking and walking to restaurants in the area.

We had a lovely stay. Neighbors were all very friendly, house was clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. Also loved that we had dedicated parking in the back that fit our SUV. Beds were good and clean, it was nice that the kitchen had coffee pods and there were plenty of beach and a dog water bowl. My only recommendation is that the Property Management team share who the long term tenant is to avoid any worries. We heard them coming in at very late hours, which is not an issue, however, I had taken our dog out for a quick potty break at 3am and the tenant came into the gate as I was walking back into the house, which sent a quick moment of fear through me since I did not know who he was and my husband was upstairs asleep. He was polite, said hi and his name and that he lived upstairs. I said hi and quickly went inside since I did not have a reference to know if that is who he really was. It would help to have first names of others using the property. We would absolutely stay again!

What a light-filled and lovely beach cottage - the perfect place for our vacation with another family and our teenage daughters. Half a block from the beach, a step away from charming local shops, restaurants, and cafes on second st, nearby whole foods for easy picnic food, and just the sweetest vibe all around.Bookmarked and definitely would return

This house was an amazing location from beach, eating and shopping. This house had all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. It made fell like it was a home away from home. The host was very responsive in our needs that made it easy to have a good experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your home. It was clean, quiet, and in a great location. We loved being able to walk to the beach as well as the restaurants and shops near by. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Long Beach.

Excellent location and home

Our family was very pleased with our stay in Belmont Shore Long Beach. The location is great. On a map it looks like it’s one block from the beach but due to a wall around the beach parking lot, it’s three blocks but this is no biggie. The beach and beach parking lot are very broad but it’s a great beach. There’s good breakfast restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. There’s shops too but we didn’t do this. The house itself is very nicely suited for five adults and one child. The beds are comfortable and it has the best shower in the downstairs bathroom. The upstairs has a deep tub and separate shower, also excellent. There are lots of games provided and the kitchen is fully outfitted. Parking on the street is iffy but there is parking behind on the alley. You just need to get the key from inside and unlock the rolling gate. Two cars fit well. We would definitely choose this house again if we came back.

Great House & Location

We had a great time at the Park Ave. beach house. The location is excellent - a short walk to the beach in one direction, and a great variety of restaurants and shops in the other. Parking was easy, there is also a space provided in the back of the house which we didn't need. The house was completely stocked - there were many things we brought that we didn't even need. Property management was responsive and easy to work with. The house itself is a nice layout - it worked really well for our group and we would stay here again!
