● The property offers convenient parking for up to 1 vehicle inside the garage.

There is also free & metered street parking, but it gets filled up fast usually as we’re walking distance to the beach, downtown Manhattan beach and pier.



We also provide parking passes which you can use for public parking near the beach. IMPORTANT: Overnight parking permits are valid from 6:00PM to 8:00AM, seven days a week. The entrance and exit will be locked at approximately 8:00PM each evening and opened at approximately 6:00AM each morning.



Important Parking Update for Manhattan Beach Guests



Starting February 1, 2025, Manhattan Beach will enforce its new Oversized Vehicle Permit Program. If your vehicle exceeds any one of the following dimensions (including attachments), a permit is required for street parking:

🚐 7 feet wide

🚐 8 feet tall



Permit Details:



Annual permit: $65

Temporary permit: $45

Maximum parking duration: 72 hours

Bedrooms:

This home features a queen bedroom, a trundle twin bedroom, and a master bedroom reserved for PRIVATE USE (not accessible to guests). The rest of the home is exclusively for your use and not shared with others.



Main Entrance:

The main entrance leads to the second floor, where you’ll find the bedrooms and shared bathroom. The master bathroom is available for use, though the master bedroom is off-limits. The garage entrance provides access to the first floor with a private gym, laundry room, and stairs to upper levels.



Third Floor:

Enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room with hammock chairs and breathtaking ocean views. A half bathroom completes this level.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the home except for the master bedroom, ensuring privacy and convenience.



Important Details:



Check-In Process: Complete our check-in forms for a smooth, secure process. We also offer optional third-party insurance for property damage coverage and background checks.

To protect both guests and homeowners, we complete a quick verification before sending check-in details.



Travel Insurance: We recommend travel insurance to protect your investment, as our cancellation policies remain in effect.



House Rules:



Quiet Hours: 9 PM to 8 AM.

No Events/Loud Music: Respect neighbors and guests.

Guest Policy: Only registered guests allowed; no visitors.

Non-Smoking Property: Smoking is prohibited indoors and on balconies.

Pet Policy: Pets are not accommodated at this time.

Adult-Only Property: Guests must be 30 or older.

Upon Departure: Adhere to the checkout time to avoid fees. Late checkouts must be pre-arranged.



‱ Safety equipment: Do not remove, cover, disable, or tamper with any smoke detectors or carbon-monoxide detectors. Tampering with life-safety devices is illegal and may carry fines up to $10,000. Any tampering will also result in immediate cancellation without refund plus the cost of repairs and associated fees.

‱ No smoking: Smoking, vaping, or burning incense or candles is not permitted inside the home at any time. Evidence of smoking will incur a smoke-remediation fee in addition to cleaning and any damages.

‱ Extra cleaning: An additional cleaning fee will be charged if the home is left excessively dirty. Examples include confetti or glitter, heavy staining, unattended trash or food waste, spills on rugs or upholstery, or excessive sand. Fees vary based on the condition and time required to restore the home.



Feedback and Reviews: Non-compliance with house rules may result in forfeiting the ability to leave a public review.



Booking Policies:



Age Requirement: Guests must be 30 or older.

Review Requirement: Bookings with low or insufficient reviews may require approval.

Long-Term Stays:

For stays over 30 days, a $365 monthly cleaning fee applies, along with a refundable $600 security deposit. The deposit is refunded if the property is left in its original condition.



By Booking: You agree to the house rules, assume liability for personal injuries, and acknowledge the host isn’t responsible for items left behind. Maintenance may occur with 12 hours’ notice.
