Welcome to Claudia's Cottage a gated and private remodeled 1-bedroom Guest House in the Los Angeles neighborhood of Valley Village. 5 miles to Universal Studios, Hollywood Bowl or 7.5 miles to the Sunset Strip or shopping til you drop on Rodeo Drive or check out celebrity homes in Beverly Hills or Bel Air. Also Malibu or Santa Monica beach is about a 45 min drive away.
Please be aware that we have a family with children who live in the main house. Guests do not have access to their front or back yard and this Guest House is totally separate.
Perfect for remote business travelers or traveling couples. This property is managed by iTrip Los Angeles @itrip_losangeles
22.9 miles drive to SOFI Stadium.
Open floor plan with Living/Dining area and 55" Samsung SmartTV which opens up to your private outdoor patio space. Plus sofa bed converts into a Queen bed.
Kitchen fully stocked and equipped with stainless steel appliances. We provide complimentary coffee, tea and sugars.
Large Primary bedroom w Queen bed and 32" SmartTV, plus plenty of storage.
Full Bathroom w walk-in shower.
Please note Guest has NO access to the Main House front or back yard areas. No driveway parking. Self Check-in with ample residential street parking only.

Security camera's are located throughout the perimeter of the property. Noise Ordinance Quiet Hours 10 PM - 8 AM.

** No access to mailbox or any mail sent to this property is permitted. Delivery and packages are OK. We require separate Security Deposit and Rental Agreement for stays over 30 days and offer month to month agreements.
Luggage drop-off is permitted inside the gate outside by the front patio area. Please be advised that we are not responsible for any personal belongings left in this area. Guest must be pre-approved or pre-arranged first before doing this.
HOUSE RULES:
It is our mission to ensure that our valued guests enjoy their stay with us! We also have an equally as important commitment to our neighbors and our community. Below are the house rules that we must enforce. Please read them as well as all your guests prior to confirming your reservation.
* Minimum age to book is 25 years old. You will provide valid photo IDs from all Adult Guests.
* Check-in is after 4 pm | Check out is at 11 am.
MAX NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS 4 - includes infants. Extra Guest Fee applies. ** All Outside Visitors Must Be Pre-Approved**.
The Property is to be occupied by no more than the maximum sleep number stated on reservation unless approved in writing by Management. If Guest exceeds the occupancy limit and falsifies occupancy information at the time of reservation, Guest shall be subject to eviction. "Occupants" includes small children, infants and any and all visitors. If more than the maximum number is found to be occupying the Property at any time, you agree that a charge of $100 per person/per day will be made to your credit card. Additionally, this Agreement may be immediately terminated without a refund of any amounts paid. No Exceptions.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS - due to the City of LA's strict ban of parties of large groups we need exact headcounts of your guests at all times.
A party is defined as any combination of the following; ANY loud noise and/or excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighboring houses and/or guests outnumbering the maximum amount permitted as defined above. A party will result in an immediate eviction from the property with no refund given under any circumstance. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved by iTrip in writing prior to the arrival date.
NEIGHBOR COMPLAINTS
Actions by guests that result in neighbor complaints or police being called to the Property will result in a minimum $250 charge, which charge will be used to deal with legal issues and fines.
CITY OF LA NOISE ORDINANCE - QUIET HOURS: 10 pm â 8 am. No Outdoor Music or Loud Voices during this time.
NO PETS
NO SMOKING Smoking is allowed outside only. If any trace of smoke is found inside the home, there will be a strictly enforced $500 fine and the cost to eliminate residual odors.
* We require valid photo IDs of all guests. All Outside Guest must be preapproved.
* In the event of an emergency to perform necessary repairs and/or maintenance, we reserve the right to enter the property.
