The open kitchen is fully stocked with lovely dishes, glasses, bar needs, and modern appliances. The kitchen melds into breakfast table, bar eating area, and a nautical themed family room with smart television and Sonos speakers. The second level also features a beached them powered room for guests.

The second level spilt staircase leads to the upper level, where three bedrooms and two bathrooms await. The primary bedroom suite and bathroom feature breathtaking views and the sounds of waves breaking on the sand, that will leave you never wanting to get out of the enormous King blue velvet bed, 1000 thread count, white sheets and down pillows. While rinsing off the day in the open-air shower, you might see dolphins frolicking in the surf. Not to feel second best, stunning beach chic decorated guest room with queen bed and white built-ins, faces west at the blue sea with remarkable golden sunsets and ocean breezes. The third bedroom is picture-perfect with queen nautical bed and white desk with a wonderful view of the ocean from an open area small balcony with green ivy trim over the rod-iron. Between the bedrooms is a remodeled full bathroom with tub.

Just right for a family with children, the house has child safe stair gates and window guards to keep your child (and pets) as safe as ours. All gates and guards are removable for adult-only guests.
