About this space
Welcome to your home away from home. A newly built, open concept 600 sq ft studio in prime Studio City location, south of Ventura Blvd. Sleeps 4 with a queen bed and twin daybed with trundle. Well stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, full bathroom, walk in closet, private outdoor space with hammocks and fire pit. Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and cafes. Conveniently located near the 101 and Coldwater Canyon Ave. for easy access to Hollywood, the westside +. Near Universal, Warner Bros.+
The space
This is a private brand new guesthouse (a rebuild from previous space I hosted in for 7 years) located behind the main house with its own entrance from the side of the house with access through a secure gate.
Fully furnished with a Queen bed and twin daybed with trundle. Plenty of linens and blankets in the walk in closet along with an iron, Ironing board, etc.
Bathroom: fully stocked with extra towels, a large shower with all amenities like shampoo, conditioner, body wash and all the essentials.
Full Kitchen: Equipped with a full sized refrigerator, oven, stovetop, microwave, kettle, coffee, Air Fryer and all the bakeware, utensils and dishes you'll need to prepare meals or bake your favorites.
Laundry: In-unit brand new washer and dryer for your convenience.
Comfort Essentials: Plenty of fresh linens, towels, an iron and ironing board, plus cozy indoor seating areas for relaxing.
Climate Control: Stay comfortable year-round with central AC and heating.
Entertainment and Tech: A Smart TV with access to streaming apps and fast Wi-Fi to stay connected.
Filtered Water: Enjoy clean water with a Reverse Osmosis filtration system.
Outdoor relaxation: Unwind in the private outdoor space with hammocks, a fire pit and peaceful seating.
Guest access
Guests have access to shared patio, seating area and fire pit and hammocks. Other amenities upon request (i.e. grill, pizza oven)
Other things to note
ABSOLUTELY NO cigarette smoking or any type of smoking or vaping in the guesthouse. Smoking outside is permitted. Please use ashtrays or firepit.
Please treat my space with the ultimate respect as if it's your own.
The brown gate should remain locked at all times. Just latching it is not enough, please use the small lock (deadbolt) at hip level to ensure it is locked as you come and go.
The gardeners come on Monday mornings. Overall, it is non-intrusive.
Check-out time is 11am but please ask if you need a slightly later check-out. I will accommodate you if I am able.
