We’re a very small hosting team 👋 — not a luxury hotel like the Waldorf Astoria or Four Seasons 🏨. We don’t have on-site staff or 24/7 concierge service, but we genuinely do our best to make every guest feel comfortable and supported during their stay 🤍.



Our homes are priced much more reasonably than nearby hotels 💰, and while we are always happy to help, we kindly ask guests to understand that we may not be able to meet every request the way a full-service hotel can.



It’s also important to note that the total price you see is not what the host receives.



Here’s a simple breakdown:

• 🧾 ~15.5% goes directly to Airbnb as service fees

• 🧹 Cleaning fees go straight to professional cleaners

• 🏛️ Taxes are collected based on local regulations

• 💼 What remains (which is much less) goes to the host and hosting team — before covering rent/mortgage, utilities, supplies, maintenance, and operations



For example, a $200/night stay for 2 nights 🛏️ does not mean the host receives $400. After Airbnb fees, cleaning, and taxes, the actual amount received is significantly lower.

Here is my honest review. I had great communication with the host until day of check in. Instructions were not emailed to me that morning as stated in previous emails. Once we arrived at the property it took over an hour for a response to get instructions on how to get into the property which wasn’t exactly smooth. It took 2 hours for us to even get into the unit which is unacceptable! Needless to say once we did get in the place was good, looks just like the pictures. Beds were comfy and we loved the fact that each room had 2 queen beds. My only suggestion is put some outdoor furniture on the balcony. It’s a good location for a universal studios trip. Thanks Jeff
