Modern Designer Townhouse/Private Rooftop

Summary:
Brand new (construction finished Nov '21) modern townhouse with full amenities located in Del Rey, Los Angeles- mins from Venice Beach, walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants and a 10 minute drive to Santa Monica. The home is modern yet cozy, with high end appliances and brand new everything. Enjoy incredible expansive views of Los Angeles (you can even see the Hollywood sign) from the private roof terrace, equipped with a state-of-the-art retractable roof pergola and built in heaters.

The Space:
Modern yet inviting, you'll be able to relax in comfort both with the decor and the brand new amenities. The home spans 5 floors and has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with the 5th floor/roof being the terrace (please be aware of the stairs- if anyone in your party has any health problems that may prevent them from easily using stairs, this property is not the right fit for you). There is a private gated driveway for the building, and a private 2 car garage for your use on the property.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire townhouse.

The Neighborhood:
The townhome is located in a very quiet and residential neighborhood. It is in a gated community. There are a few coffee shops that can be reached within walking distance. Mad Lab Coffee and Lodge Bread Company bakery are a 6 minutes walk away. Venice Beach is a 15 minutes drive away and Santa Monica Pier is a 20 minutes drive away.

Getting Around:
We recommend having a car. However, it is very easy to get an Uber/Lyft from this location.

Other Things to Note:

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY MUST BE RESPECTED AT ALL TIMES
ANY PARTIES WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EVICTION

No parties, loud music or gatherings of more than 7 people allowed in the house
No music after 10pm
Pets allowed on a case by case basis - please check with host before check in - $90 per pet/per day
Smoking prohibited indoors (outdoors ok) - $250 fine
$35 charge per towel for any stained/ruined towel
$35 charge per stained pillow cover
$200 charge per stained sheets/duvet cover
$200 charge if the house is left excessively messy and requires additional cleaning

Guests must be transparent and truthful about the questions asked by the house at booking. Any incorrect information provided may result in immediate eviction without refund.
Non compliance with the rules cited above or complaints from neighbors will result in immediate eviction.

Upon check in, please report any damages to avoid being charged. We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything please let us know immediately - if it's minor we usually won't charge. If it's a larger issue, we would like to agree on the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later. Thank you.

We also have a fleet of luxury cars that can be rented for an additional fee. We offer our guests a preferential rate when a car is combined with a property rental.

Comfortable Stay for a Family Trip

We stayed at this modern and spacious home in LA for a family wedding, and it was a great fit for our group of six adults. The house was clean and well-designed and had enough room for everyone to feel comfortable. The location worked well for our needs, making it easy to get to family events and explore the area.The only downside was that we needed to do some work during the week, and the house didn’t have a dedicated desk or comfortable workspace.Overall, it’s an excellent rental for our family's stay

Well equipped rental

We really enjoyed our stay. Kitchen had everything we needed and more which is nice compared to other rentals we’ve stayed in that only have the bare minimum. The only negative is that the map of the location is misleading. This is not in Marina del Rey near the harbor as pictured on the map. Host was responsive and super helpful.

Great Modern Townhouse

The home was ultra modern in a quiet neighborhood and had everything we needed. Rooftop area was great, beds were comfortable and a well stocked kitchen. Only complaint is that the pin in the map when booking appeared that the location was closer to the beach/marina than it actually is.

Comfortable, Modern Stay with Iconic View

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It’s tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, which made for a relaxing and peaceful experience. The house itself felt new and modern, with comfortable beds and pillows. One of our favorite parts was the rooftop patio, providing us a view of Mount Lee and spotting the Hollywood sign. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a calm, stylish stay with a touch of classic LA scenery.

Great place in a convenient location

As advertised and a nice stay. We hit a patch of colder weather and were disappointed that the rooftop heater was not working, which seems to be a consistent problem. Other than that, great stay. Location is particularly convenient to LAX.

Nice place with good location but…

This is a nice place. It's nicely decorated and in a great location. Pretty close to everything for LA. Neighbourhood seemed safe and it was nice to have a garage. The kitchen was well equipped for what we needed. It was nice for each bedroom to have their own bathroom. It worked great for a family with 2 teens.We booked 8 months in advance. 3 weeks before we arrived, they cancelled on us. As I was scrambling to find something else, I found the same condo reposted for 1000 more. As there was limited availability left for spring break, I booked again. For an extra 1000!!! This should not be allowed.When we got there - the drain in the master bath didn't drain properly. (Likely full of hair). Also the AC on the roof deck was leaking water making the sitting area rug wet and gross to sit at as your feet were sitting in water. The outdoor heater also didn't work. I mentioned it to them and they sent a plumber to fix the drain and AC. Not sure what they did - the drain still didn't drain and the AC still leaked.The last 2 nights the smoke detector rang at 1AM. (They do this when they are expiring). When I mentioned this after the first night it happened, they said they would deal with it when we left and sorry for the inconvenience. Not nice to have the smoke detector wake you up twice in a row at 1AM. Would've been nice to have them switch it out.Overall a nice stay, and I would've overlooked the small things if they hadn't cancelled and charged us an extra 1000.

Amazing Family Trip

This property exceeded our expectations and desires for a luxurious stay away from home in Cali... perfectly located minutes away from LAX and other points of interest. The property was beautifully furnished & extremely clean. Garage and street parking were a plus and we enjoyed several awesome restaurants in close proximity. I would most definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Great Views Safe Area

Property itself is great, though lots of stairs to each level, the view from the terrace makes it worth it. Area lacks on restaurants open late for visitors used to later nights but had no issues safely walking around all times of the day.

Easy check in, great communication with host, very nice to have a garage to park our car. Stairs were not a issue for us. Nice to have a large washer/dryer. Linens on beds and in bathrooms were lovely. Only suggestion would be to add normal size coffee mugs to kitchen set. Gave a 4 star for the incorrect address on VRBO, but location worked for us. The townhouse is bright and modern with very nice appointments. We felt special from the first moment we entered. The kitchen is beautiful and well equipped. The living space is comfortable. The bedrooms and baths are large, comfortable and pretty. The roof terrace is a knockout. Perfect location to visit LA.

Thanksgiving in LA

The property itself was a great layout for six adults. Plenty of separation yet a common area to share. One thing that was represented online was that it was gated. However, the driveway gate is left open and the walkway gate does not lock. We had a full sized rental vehicle, Ford Expedition, that did not fit into the garage and other units did not park in their garages so sometimes it was tight parking. Finally the heater on the roof as well as the lights on the roof were not working when we arrived on Friday and we were told owners were aware. It took until Tuesday before they were repaired. We hit a cool week of weather, so we could not use it until the heater had been repaired. Enjoyed the rooftop everyday after that.

We had 5 adults and lived staying here. Seems brand new! Great kitchen and family room. Beds and pillows a dream. Quiet dead end street. Amazing roof patio with wonderful views. Enjoyed wine at night with a full moon and espresso at sunrise. Small problem with the parking gate was immediately dealt with. Definitely a 5 star rating!!

Delightful stay!

My friends and I had a delightful weekend staying at this wonderful condo. It was clean, well-appointed, and located in a safe neighborhood. We had a few questions during our stay, and the management company responded promptly and efficiently. The condo is conveniently close to many amenities and great restaurants. If we find ourselves in LA again, we will definitely return!

Fantastic Property

We are an adult family.of 4 and spent 8 nights in this property. Its actually located about 15 mins drive from Marina Del Ray and inland, but dont let that put you off. Its in a lovely, quiet and secure neighbourhood with its own integrated garage and gate. The house itself is better than you see in the photos, really tastefully done and great that everyone had their own bathrooms and bedrooms. Great facilities throughout the house, including the kitchen. We didn't walk to anything nearby, but it's really close to cafes, stores, restaurants and eat-out places, as well as good links to the freeway to get anywhere in LA. We'll definitely stay again in the future.

Beautiful Property Convenient Location

Our family had a fun stay in this home. It was conveniently located for our trips to Disneyland, SoFi, and Santa Monica! The property is very clean and very secure, in a very quiet neighborhood. The roof top deck has amazing views of downtown LA, however, if you aren’t a fan of stairs, beware, as this home is 5 stories with no elevator. The only issue we had was the prior tenants left the property in shambles and it took much longer for it to be cleaned. We were not able to get into the property until after our 4pm scheduled check in time which was a little disappointing since we have a 4 year old. Overall I would still give them a 5 star based on the value for the stay!
