The Space:

As you step through the entry courtyard, an inviting foyer beckons you to explore the upper level of this residence, where you'll find a gourmet kitchen, a spacious dining area, two well-appointed bedrooms, a generously sized en-suite master bedroom with a private terrace and sliding glass doors that seamlessly open onto a full-width ocean-view deck. Descend one level to discover an additional bedroom, a generously sized game room, and a brilliantly lit two-story living room boasting a custom fireplace and expansive windows and glass doors that seamlessly blend indoor and outdoor spaces. Designed for exceptional entertaining, the meticulously manicured grounds feature a resort-style salt-water pool and spa, a beach volleyball court, a putting green, a cozy fire pit, a barbecue area, and awe-inspiring sunset views. With the added convenience of the spacious driveway, this contemporary retreat epitomizes the finest in Malibu living.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the whole home. Please note that the garage is off limits, however, their is more than enough parking in the driveway.



The Neighborhood:

The villa is located off a small quiet road at the end of a cul de sac. Please be aware that the backyard of the house is adjacent to Pacific Coast Highway, so you may experience some traffic noise.



Getting Around:

You will need a vehicle to get around as Uber or Lyft might have very limited availability.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY (8 PPL) MUST BE RESPECTED AT ALL TIMES

ANY PARTIES WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EVICTION



It is of utmost importance to note that all noise and music must remain indoors and at a reasonable level by 10 p.m. The neighbors are extremely sensitive, so all activities and noise levels must be respectful at all times. We can't have complaints of obtrusive music, guests entertaining, or people hanging out by the hot tub being loud. It's important to be mindful of this before booking. Any gatherings of more than 8 people are not allowed on the property unless discussed and cleared with the host before check-in.



Rules of the house:

- No parties, loud music, or gatherings of more than 8 people allowed in the house

- Max occupancy of 8 people must be respected

- No use of the pool area past 10 p.m

- Patio sliding doors must be kept closed after 10 p.m

- Pets allowed on a case-by-case basis - please check with host before arrival - $90 per day/pet

- Pool Heating available upon request $90/day (Hot tub is included in the stay)

- Smoking prohibited indoors (outdoors ok)- $250 fine for smoking indoors

- $35 charge per towel for any stained/ruined towel

- $200 charge per stained sheet/duvet cover

- $35 charge per stained pillow case

- $200 charge if the house is left excessively messy and requires additional cleaning



Guests must be transparent and truthful about the questions asked by the house at booking. It's a very quiet neighborhood and the neighbors have zero tolerance for noise disturbance. There are noise monitoring devices and cameras. Noncompliance with the rules cited above or complaints from neighbors will result in immediate eviction.



Upon check-in, please report any damages to avoid being charged. We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything please let us know immediately - if it's minor we usually won't charge. If it's a larger issue, we would like to agree on the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later. Thank you!

Beautiful property, exactly as pictured. Beautifully decorated, lots of seating indoors and out, comfortable beds, washer and dryer. It is very convenient to local stores and beaches. It has lots of room, so you don't feel crowded. The mini-golf and corn hole/bocce courts are fun. The pool and hot tub were a nice temp (we did have them heat the pool). The Marvel characters on the property were a big hit with out grandchildren ( and myself, truth be told). The grounds are beautiful! As another guest noted, our volleyball did pop on a cactus plant. I had asked the property managers to provide one, but that detail was missed, thankfully our son plays beach volleyball nearby and brought the one that popped. It is a little strange not to be able to control the hot tub, but is was turned on immediately upon request. Also something to consider is that the curtains in the bedrooms are very lightweight and do not block the daylight at all. If you wake with the sun, definitely pack a sleep mask. We asked about charging our EV as there is a charger there, but we were not allowed.The property manager was very responsive when they were contacted about things we needed fixed and turning on the hot tub. Not particularly responsive or accommodating prior to our arrival when we had questions as to kitchen amenities, early check-in or delivery of baby rental items.Overall, this is a great rental and our family loved the days we spent there.

The property is visually appealing and well located; however, our stay did not align with expectations for a home at this price tier.Check-in was unnecessarily complicated, as the entrance key was not in the lockbox specified in the instructions. We were required to contact the host and were redirected to a separate lockbox at a different location, which diminished the convenience typically associated with instant booking. Throughout the stay, we found ourselves reaching out regarding matters that ideally would have been resolved prior to guest arrival.We prepaid for the heated pool expecting it to be clean and operational upon arrival, yet it was covered in green algae and unusable during our stay, appearing to be serviced only on our departure day. The pool and jacuzzi were also not heated despite the additional fee. Communication surrounding house rules felt overly restrictive, including an immediate message regarding indoor TV music volume, which detracted from the sense of privacy expected in a luxury rental.While the home itself is beautiful, luxury hospitality ultimately depends on preparation and execution, and we would have appreciated amenities being fully ready to match what was advertised and paid for.

Was a great getaway and perfect Malibu spot with amazing views and garden. The set up was perfect, the room layout, the garden and facilities all amazing, only thing is missing the piano from the picture. The kids love the garden so much but would have been even better if there was a basketball hood:) The host is also very efficient, quick and prompt reply and fix any issues ontime. We were worried about the balcony rail for the kids and they send someone in on Sunday to fix it straight away.

Malibu vacation

We had a very good time here. The house and property were very nice. There is a lot of road noise which we expected given the location near PCH. The kitchen was a little small but functional. The inability for us to change from pool heat to jacuzzi and even turning on the jets ourselves was incredibly frustrating. Also the cacti around the volleyball court was puzzling since the balls easily were damaged. But overall enjoyed our visit.

Wonderful Time!

I stayed here with two family members and we had a great time at the house. Everything was clean, the communication with the property manager was super easy, and the house is really amazing. The pool is great, we brought our puppy who enjoyed running around on the giant lawn, and we couldn't have been happier with the stay.Even though the house is by the PCH and you can hear traffic, it's really not annoying and feels more like just some background white noise. The location is convenient to so many restaurants, plus the beach, and you get a lovely view of the ocean from the house (the bushes block the view of the PCH, so you really just see the ocean, which is amazing). Would definitely stay here again!

Just in Time

The house is gorgeous and it was a pleasure to stay there. A few suggestions are provided here to make the stay better and they are small fixes. Please put black-out curtains behind the gauze ones that are there in each bedroom. The sun woke us up too early every day. The showers need hooks for towels and only 2 towels were given for an entire week. Toilet paper was also needed as were paper towels. We had to buy them. The mirrors in the main bathroom were stained and there were no vents in the bathroom to help reduce haze on mirrors or ventilate air. A curtain was needed in one if the bathrooms so neighboring bedroom guest could not see into the bathroom where someone was showering. The white sofa downstairs needs to be cleaned. Otherwise, all was good. These are suggestions for a first-rate VRBO.
