Level 2
Make your way up to the Second floor, where you will be welcomed by the open-concept living room with Balcony and Kitchen with a dry bar for Coffee and Wine. The living room features a cozy couch with an indoor fireplace and a 55-inch TV. The Kitchen has all brand new state-of-the-art appliances including an automated Microwave that opens as a drawer at the touch of a button. The Wolf Oven and Stovetop are perfect for those who love to cook. To the right of the kitchen is our home's 1st bedroom featuring a queen-sized bed and ensuite bathroom.

Level 3
On the third floor, you will find both bedroom 2 the primary suite, and bedroom 3. The Primary Suite is equipped with (1) king-sized bed its own Dry Bar and an En-Suite bathroom with a dual sink/vanity, an oversized Shower, and His/Hers walk-in closets. Bedroom 3 features a queen-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub, and the home's Laundry area.

On the 4th floor, you will find our Oversized Rooftop Deck. Our expansive rooftop deck is a main highlight of the property as you can see 360-degree views of the ocean and bay with Downtown Long Beach in the Distance. A private washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the unit for your use. Included in your stay is 4 single use Laundry Powders.

Pet Policy
This property accepts one (1) pet with a fee of $399 plus tax and applicable fees. All pets must be disclosed at the time of booking. Certain breeds may not be permitted at the discretion of the property manager. Pets must not be left unattended. If a pet becomes a nuisance, including excessive barking, or poses a threat to other residents or guests, you may be required to remove the pet or your reservation may be canceled without refund.
