Welcome to your private luxury villa — a spacious, resort-style retreat designed for group trips, family vacations, and extended Los Angeles stays. With a long lap pool, spa/hot tub, outdoor kitchen, outdoor dining, and a separate two-story guest house, this home is built for relaxing, entertaining, and spending quality time together.

The Space

This property offers a true indoor/outdoor lifestyle with modern finishes throughout, multiple gathering areas, and a layout that works well for groups who want to stay together while still having room to spread out.

Inside the main villa, you’ll find high ceilings, white marble floors, a full chef’s kitchen, and a large dining area perfect for shared meals.

Main Villa

The main home includes 4 bedrooms (all located on the second floor) and 4 bathrooms with updated, modern finishes.

All bathrooms are stocked with essential toiletries for your stay, including hand soap, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The home also has beautiful natural light along with bright lighting throughout.

Second Floor:
The second floor includes the primary bedroom and the remaining sleeping rooms and bathrooms.

Guest House (Included with Your Stay)

In addition to the main villa, the property includes a separate two-story guest house with:

3 queen beds

2 full bathrooms

2 kitchenettes

This setup is ideal for extra guests who want additional privacy while still being part of the group.

Please note: The guest house is currently furnished with beds only and does not have blinds in the rooms.

When booking the villa, both the main house and guest house are included in your stay.

The outdoor area is designed for relaxing and entertaining, with a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and bar area ready for poolside meals and barbecues.

The home itself has several strong features. The kitchen is modern and well‑appointed, the dining room is spacious, the bedrooms are generously sized, and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The guest house was also a nice addition and provided extra space.That said, there were several issues that affected our stay. In the guest house, water leaked through the AC vents into the stairwell; we were advised by the owner to place a bucket underneath. The Wi‑Fi in the guest house did not work during our stay, and the upstairs shower in the guest house was also not functional. Additionally, the security system produced frequent warning beeps, and we were instructed to unplug it as a workaround.Communication with the hosts was our main challenge. Prior to the stay, communication was inconsistent, though the hosts indicated some messages may not have gone through. We were also charged a pet fee, which was reasonable, but it would have been helpful if this fee had been clearly disclosed in the original listing.Overall, the property has a lot of potential and some great features, but clearer communication and addressing maintenance issues would significantly improve the guest experience.

Literally a home away from home! So spacious, clean and with lots of amenities. The BBQ area outside is so homely too. I was also so pleasantly surprised that there’s basically a whole additional house at the back included in the booking!We loved it so much we’ve booked again :)

Big nice house but need some love

At first, the house is big and luxurious. But the renovations are not over and somes points need to be done quickly. Most of the kitchen cabinet are missing handles. The main bedroom bath is leaking, some of the fausets are leaking and/or not working. The plumbing in general need to be replace, as the bathroom themself. The pool and the spa were not working. Heating units were broken on both. The kitchen is lacking major pieces to cook. We had to buy coffee mug and wine glasses since there was only 2 mugs and 1 wine glass... No sharp knives, no oven mitt, no expresso machine (what I expect to find in a luxury house) and the keurig machine was broken... The home was clean and big enough for 10 people. The TVs were good and big. The beds were confortable but was missing some sheets. Only blankets... Air conditionning system works very well. The outside kitchen was great, but no lighter for the BBQ. Overall, we had a good time, but I was expecting more from a luxury house! I would give a 3,5 stars. Services and communication with owner was simple and very fast. A+ on that point.

A few little things to consider, but overall great stay!

We had a great time staying at Dan's & Kevin's beautiful house in Granada Hills and a wonderful small wedding reception at the house! A few things we were dissatisfied with: -cold-water faucet in bathroom attached to one of the bedrooms upstairs was completely broken & my parents weren't able to have cold water. There was also a leak in that sink. -door handles were quite sticky upstairs and we weren't able to tell sometimes if the rooms were locked. -outside area was pretty nasty in terms of dirt & debris. None of the surfaces outside had been properly wiped down, even though the hosts were well aware that we were having a small gathering at the house the night after we arrived. The trash cans were also not taken care of outside. -the lights outside did not work and we had no light bulbs to replace them with. -One of the biggest things that made us uncomfortable was that the host talked to us multiple times throughout our stay through the ring doorbell outside & would message me on the vrbo app if she saw something we were doing via the ring camera & even called me on my personal cell phone. I would say if you are looking for privacy at a vacation rental, then this is not the house for you. There were also cameras outside that we weren't sure were working but that also made us uncomfortable. Other than these things, Dan's & Kevin's house was great, provided a lot of space and was in a quiet neighborhood! Thank you Dan & Kevin for giving us life-long memories!!

Family friendly stay

The property is family friendly with a loooot of space for everybody. Safe parking for at least 4 cars. Professional kitchen to cook for the whole family or you can buy food from restaurants that are just minutes away from Asian to European to South American, whatever you're craving for the day. Close enough to Universal Studios and Hollywood for those who want to go sight seeing or you can go to nearby hiking areas. Daniela also is very responsive to questions so help is just a message away. Our family had a great time with this rental and would recommend it to those who want to visit the area. Thanks again Daniela for letting us in your beautiful house.

Beautiful home

We stayed here this past Saturday and the photos don’t do the home any justice! The home is absolutely beautiful! Spacious home, extra large guesthouse, huge pool (although we didn’t use it) beautiful master bathroom. The check in process was fast, and easy, the most important part is the AMAZING communication from the host. 10 out 10 does recommend.

We came out for the football game! GO BIRDS!! The house was clean and ready upon arrival. All the amenities were great. The neighborhood was great. We didn’t have a lot of time to enjoy the pool, but it was fabulous in the day we were there. I would definitely recommend this home, and plan to bring my family next year.

Amazing Place

This property met all the needs we expected. Accommodated my family and I perfectly fine (12 guest) and still had plenty of extra space. Kids had fun with the pool and basketball court. Loved that we were able to enjoy our delicious cooked meals both inside and outside with some grilling. Great quiet neighborhood and beautiful home.

Best house ever !

I recently booked a VRBO mansion in Granada Hills, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this property was well-maintained and stunning. The first thing that caught our eye was the magnificent pool and spacious backyard. It provided the perfect setting for relaxation and fun in the sun. Whether it was lounging by the pool or enjoying a barbecue in the well-equipped outdoor area, we couldn't get enough of this outdoor oasis. As for the house itself, it was nothing short of impressive. The mansion was not only enormous but also tastefully decorated. Every room exuded elegance and comfort, making our stay feel luxurious. The attention to detail in the interior design was truly commendable. One thing that stood out was the impeccable cleanliness and maintenance of the property. It was evident that the owners took great care to ensure everything was in pristine condition. The modern amenities and fully-equipped kitchen made our stay even more convenient and enjoyable. The location in Granada Hills was also ideal. It offered a peaceful and private retreat while being close enough to explore the surrounding area. We found plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions within a short drive, making it a great base for our vacation. In summary, our experience at this VRBO mansion in Granada Hills was nothing short of fantastic. I would highly recommend this villa !
