I stayed at this location for 18 days. Location is excellent! I would definitely recommend for short term but not for long-term. The person in ADU made it difficult with parking very selfish when parking in the drive way. On thurs and fri had to move car early in the morning due to sweepers and not able to park in drive way.Home was not very clean, vent had not been cleaned in months and dust bunnies flying everywhere. Description is incorrect.3rd room does not have a queen, its a futon. No black out curtains, kitchen missing basic items like can opener, wine opener and other basic necessities. Bed in 2nd bedroom was very squeeky and uncomfortable. Faucet handles fell off in bathroom. Contacted host for these items and he adressed the facuet handles and electrical issues. No gas tank for promoted fire pit.We cleaned prior to departing but couldn't throw away left over food in trash cans because they were broken and host didnt know when the trash came by. Drawers in bathroom fall out.I did love the ability to pay for early check in and host did provide a late check out, considering i just had major surgery. Thank you! Short term stay would have been great but definitely not long term. Hoping things improve for the next renters because the location is excellent and has a lot of potential. Alex is very nice and accommodating but definitely disappointed in many things.

My girlfriend and I stayed at this property. We enjoyed the spa. The propety has a wonderful kitchen to prepare food. We have family in the area so it was very convenient for going back and forth to visit.We could not figure out the shower at first but Andrew was very helpful and we got it working. I would stay again.

One Night Stay in Long Beach

Check-in was a bit different than most Vrbos I've stayed in. I was given check-in instructions 1 hour before check-in and a lock box with a physical key inside is attached to the front porch in a somewhat inconvenient location rather than the typical digital lock on the door with a pin code. It was a pretty warm day in August and the air conditioning kept the house nice and cool. The TV had Netflix already logged in, which my kids appreciated. I didn't get the wifi password in the check-in instructions and there weren't any instructions on how to connect to it in the house. I had to message the host to get the wifi network name and password. The washer and dryer are not in the house but located in the backyard. There is one off street parking spot in the driveway but it is a bit difficult to get into and out of as the host asks that one side of the driveway not be blocked so that another car can park there. There seems to be an ADU in the backyard that I was not aware of at the time of booking.
