Terrific location!!

We really enjoyed this place. With easy access to restaurants, beach, and shopping, we never needed to take our car anywhere. The hosts were easily accessible via email, which made for a relaxing and stress-free vacation!

We evacuated here from the LA fires and were very grateful for the wonderful spot (and the purifiers in every room, thank you guys!). Very cute and cozy interior, close to beach, park, food, etc. A spot.

Lovely home and location

We enjoyed the spacious, comfortable, and clean house in Long Beach. Great proximity to the beach, park, and many restaurants and shops. Wish they didn’t charge for early check-in considering there weren’t guests checking out the same day but that’s my only ding on this experience. The house itself and neighborhood were lovely!

Excellent Location

We enjoyed our short stay. The property was the perfect size and layout for us. The dining room table was large enough to accommodate our group of 6 for meals and recreational card games. There were enough washrooms for us. Location could not be beat. It is close to the Aquarium of the Pacific and the Queen Mary. We would stay here again.

I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the property. The front room and entry were spacious. The master bedroom was big. The 2 other bedrooms were very good sized.

The home was so comfortable! There were 6 of us on this girls' trip, and each room had its own temperature gauge. So everyone was pleased. Three bathrooms were fantastic. Very upscale and nice kitchen facilities. Easy walk to the beach. One parking spot made it challenging to find parking for our 2nd car, depending on the time of day. Other than that, the single-story, well-maintained home made our stay a success. This was our 1st time using VRBO. We will use it again - very pleased with the ease of use.

Cute Bungalow near the beach

The hosts are good communicators. The house is located near the beach and large park. Easy walking to a coffee shop. Kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfortable and towels & linens were nice. Parking is tight for one car as the driveway supports other residents nearby. For street parking- be aware of street sweeping schedule and restrictions. We stayed here with adult kids and grandkids for a family get together- this place was perfect for us. Kids loved cornhole and connect 4 games!

Great Stay in Long Beach

Check In & Out SUPER easy and stress free! Property Team was very helpful and quick to respond. House was soooo cute, open and we instantly felt comfy and at home. Had all needed essentials and only a 4 minute drive to Convention, couldn’t have asked for more. Loved sitting out on the porch in the evening & great restaurants within walking distance. The only thing I wish I had known ahead of time, there is only one parking spot and we had 2 cars cause we were 2 families. Had quite a bit of trouble getting them a spot each evening.Otherwise
 We LOVED the house and our stay in LB. : )

This house has it all!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house had almost everything we needed. We loved being near the park and the beach. The house was the perfect size and everyone had space. My son was happy to have a tv, desk and air conditioning in his room. The Wi-Fi worked flawlessly. The designated parking spot was no problem, just took a little getting used to. The neighborhood is somewhat run down but has a relaxed friendly vibe. Our only complaints were that there were no kitchen towels and the ice maker doesn’t work. Both easily solved. (We left kitchen towels behind for the next renter.) Communication was top notch! We would definitely recommend.

Immaculate? More like Inaccurate.

Location is perfect! The positive begins and ends with thst. House is certainly not immaculate and current condition is absolutely not aligned with the listing photos. For example, the master bathroom has no door. There is a door in the listing photos, however, upon arrival we realize there is only a curtain, which as you can imagine provides little in the way of privacy and does nothing to mitigate humidity, smells, or sounds. I reached out to the property management company who then proceeded to gaslight me about the door existing, and promptly told me if I didn't like it I could leave in the next 90 minutes. Unfortunately I was traveling with elderly and handicapped family members and had no such option to uproot our entire trip, so we made it work. It's obvious that someone once took great care of the home, but thats not currently the case and *immaculate* is absolutely not the vibe; I would certainly not stay there again based on the treatment of property management alone.
