There are no shared spaces. The host lives in a separate unit below, so you enjoy total privacy and peace of mind.

For safety, the lower deck and hillside path are not open to guests without prior arrangement. If you wish to experience the lower deck area during your stay, this can be coordinated upon request and based on availability.

Other Details

The property is located on a hillside and is designed for adults and older children. Pets and children under the age of thirteen are not permitted for safety reasons.

Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, including balconies and outdoor areas, in compliance with Los Angeles fire regulations. A cleaning and restoration fee of 420 USD will apply if smoking occurs inside the suite.

The cleaning fee you pay goes entirely to our professional cleaning team, who maintain the property to hotel level standards after every stay. They are an important part of our hosting process, ensuring the suite is spotless, well stocked, and ready for your arrival. If you would like a mid stay refresh that includes fresh linens, bathroom cleaning, and a light tidy up, we can arrange that for an additional fee with at least 24 hours notice.
