Enjoy the ocean or the bay for all your water fun. Walking distance from shops and restaurants on 2nd St. in Belmont Shores. Ride bikes or walk on the beach path to Shoreline Village.

What can I say? Staying here at this lovely getaway in Long Beach was an absolute incredible experience. Mila and Rick helped me plan the perfect surprise for my boyfriend for Valentine’s day and his 40th birthday. They went above and beyond expectations! Clean with all necessities

The property was in great location. Close enough to shops and dining, right on the beach. You can hear the ocean from the bedroom. So it was nice to sleep with the window open. The owners provide almost everything you need! Excellent response from owners if needed. Perfect weekend getaway. If we could have, we would have stayed longer!

The Jewel of the Peninsula in Long Beach, CA

One of a kind property just steps to the boardwalk and beach. Great hospitality from host who always provides the best in customer service and accomodations. This is our fourth time staying at this home, and we look forward to our fifth visit in December. Bottom line, you will not be dissapointed with your stay!

Super clean

This unit was very clean, plenty of towels, coffee, and in a good location. We did not cook but I saw there were lots of pots/pans etc to do so. Also, lots of beach stuff - chairs, frisbee, Cornhole). Be sure to follow Mila's directions (including looking at all pictures she sends) when checking in. We forgot about the pictures she sent and had a tough time getting in. That's why I rated the check-in process a 5 - totally my fault. Just want to note (because I didn't catch it) that this unit is not directly on the boardwalk, but just a few steps away. You can see the ocean (as shown in the pictures) but it is not a full view. With that being said, this is a great place to stay and the little extras she left (bottle of wine, chocolates) made it a very enjoyable vacation. Also, she responded quickly to any messages sent.

Steps away from the Beach

We stayed at this location to celebrate my birthday weekend for the second year now and both times were great, Mila is a great host , instructions are clear and easy to understand, she was very quick to respond whenever I reached out to her . She was very accommodating as well . The unit is spotless and has everything you need for your stay . I really hope we're able to come back next year again. We love this place !!

ADORABLE BEACH HOUSE * Five Star All Around

Our weekend at the beach house could not have gone better. The owner provided beach towels, beach chairs and boogie boards which we put to good use. Easy access to Huntington Beach and downtown Seattle Beach. Nightly music concerts just down the street. The home is spotless! Extremely well cared for. We would rent this home again in a heartbeat for our next visit. Thank you for helping us create a very memorable family weekend!

Wonderful Time on the Peninsula Long Beach

Excellent location just steps from the ocean and bay. Best of both worlds!!! Wonderful vacation property to enjoy for a few days of beach time relaxation. Very comfortable and inviting with a fantastic view of the ocean which provided wonderful sunset views in the evenings. Our host Mila once again did an outstanding job at accommodating our requests. She always makes us feel very welcomed and appreciated. Thank you once again for a fabulous time Mila, and we will be back once again very soon!
