Notre deuxiÚme étage appartement d'hÎtes est un espace de vie relaxant situé à deux miles du centre-ville de Long Beach et de zones de plage et à proximité des autoroutes menant à attractions de Los Angeles et Orange County. Situé dans 90806 Wrigley zone résidentielle de Long Beach, l'appartement d'hÎtes fait partie de notre complexe d'habitation avec une entrée privée et un parking sécurisé à l'arriÚre. Wrigley est une bordée d'arbres quartier diversifié avec une atmosphÚre de petite ville, mais a encore les commodités de la grande ville.

La construction du style de l'appartement avec planchers de bois revernis, portes, et le moulage de 1940 a été récemment mis à jour avec une salle de bains moderne et une cuisine. La vue depuis l'étage des beaux arbres fruitiers et le jardin en fait un lieu de détente pour tout installer et profiter!

Nous sommes impatients de vous accueillir dans notre maison et Long Beach!

Magnifique séjour !

Je recommande a 100% cette location, d’ailleurs si je devais retourner Ă  Los Angeles c’est bien chez Denise et Vance que j’irai ! En plus d’ĂȘtre des personnes adorables et discrĂštes, nous avons adorĂ© sĂ©journer dans leur dĂ©pendance. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© agrĂ©ablement surpris par la fonctionnalitĂ© de la maison (vous trouverez absolument tout le confort nĂ©cessaire et plus encore) et la tranquillitĂ© du quartier. La maison reste cependant « loin » du centre de Los Angeles mais ce sont les dimensions incroyablement grandes de LA qui veulent ça, si vous n’avez rien contre un peu de voiture chaque jour foncez ! Je remercie encore mille fois Denise et Vance pour leur hospitalitĂ©, pour une premiĂšre fois aux États Unis nous avons passĂ© un merveilleux sĂ©jour.

Great place to stay

I stayed here a few months while finishing my education. It was a great and safe experience. The location is in a nice area and the dogs on property are the best part 😁 built in friends and security. It's quiet and kept clean by the owner. I definitely recommend staying here as it's a fully stocked location with all the comforts of home.

Great little place- fully equipped ;o)

Denise and her husband (and four fur babies) are very kind and helpful. There are stores near by, a designated parking spot, laundry on site and I feel safe. The home is equipped with everything and Denise checks in to see if I need anything. Couldn't have asked for a better situation. Would definitely recommend this property.

Another five-star stay

We enjoyed our stay in the Magnolia apartment. One thing we didn't know beforehand was that there is another apartment attached to the guest house. There is a longtime renter staying there and even though we saw him pass our window twice a day, we never heard a thing from his apartment. We loved the electric fireplace which looks surprisingly realistic. I opened the fireplace doors and sat right in front of it and it felt realistic too. We started to worry about hot water in the shower because it takes about three minutes to get upstairs, but once it arrives it is super hot. We also loved the view of the orange tree from our sitting room. The only downside we experienced was the dogs barking excessively one day when Denise and Vance were not home. But it was our last day and I did let Denise know about it. Our favorite spots to visit were Signal Hill Park and Del Cerro Park in Palos Verdes.

We loved the apartment! It was everything we needed and more. The property was nicely renovated; very fresh and clean. Well supplied with paper goods, soaps, and cleaning supplies and the kitchen had all the dishes and pans needed. Towels and bedding were very adequate. Also appreciated the laundry room on site. The property was very well secured and had appropriate lighting. The parking space was a huge asset! The owner's dogs were delightful and very well behaved. Even though the owner was away on vacation she provided a very nice substitute property manager that saw to our every need. Thank you, Scott and Della Beall

Denise and Vance were great, and everything went smoothly. The apartment itself was perfect -- spacious, tidy, with lots of natural light. The dogs next door are adorable, but they do get up early (well, for me -- maybe around 8am), so some mornings they woke us up.
