This mid-century modern styled apartment has high ceilings, sun filled rooms, plants, full kitchen, bathtub, outdoor patio and tranquil ambience away from the busy streets of Venice.
Only a 10 min walk from Venice Beach and the famous boardwalk! Great restaurants, wellness hubs and boutiques in the vicinity. Super close to Abbot Kinney Blvd and Lincoln Blvd.
Street Parking is available. Rose Ave has tons of e-bikes/scooters for rent on the Vevo App for transportation.
You will have complete access to this rental. Equipped with a fully furnished kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and bathtub, and a small desk and high speed wifi for working on the go.
Private balcony/ outdoor patio. The patio overlooks a communal garden which is attached to the downstairs herbal apothecary. Guest have access and welcome to visit during the day!
