This is our personal home that we occasionally rent out if going away for jobs or visiting our families in Europe. I am a director and my wife is a stylist and we both love design. The neighborhood is super quiet and safe and my wife, daughter and I love living here! Go for a morning stroll or drive down the hill to tons of nearby restaurants and shops in Highland Park.

Tucked away from street level, you get the instant feeling of privacy and the sensation of being on holiday as you walk down to the large door. The front yard has a large lawn for lounging and a custom outdoor dining table that seats eight comfortably. Go ahead and live your best grill life with the full-size Weber charcoal BBQ.

Enter the house to the main room with 20ft vaulted ceilings. It's equipped with a 65 inch smart TV with all of the subscriptions. Netflix, Disney +, Hulu, Paramount, Prime. Enjoy the surround sound Sonos system for an immersive movie night or just playing music during the day while lounging on a huge Cloud couch from Restoration Hardware.

The kitchen is a chef's dream. It has a large marble island that looks out onto the space so you're always part of the action. Bosch stainless steel appliances and a gas burner are accompanied by All-Clad cookware and Japanese Shun knives.

Enjoy the great views from the balcony or watch the sunrise with breakfast on our little café table!

The master bathroom has a king-size bed with Parachute linens and a walk-in closet. The en-suite master bath is finished in concrete with a walk-in shower and his and hers sink. And yes that is a Japanese Toto toilet with a heated seat and bidet and remote control!

Our other upstairs bedroom can come either as a nursery/ kid's room (we have a young baby) including crib/kid's bed or as an adult setup with the CB2 daybed converted into a queen-size floor mattress.

The upstairs bathroom has a bathtub and get's beautiful light in the mornings.

YOU CAN NOT GET DOWNSTAIRS FROM INSIDE THE HOME!!!

Walk around the house to get to the deck, backyard and downstairs suite.

There you will find a whole separate entrance unit with a queen-size bed, a kitchenette, Barcelona chairs, and an OFFICE! This offers great privacy for two couples sharing the home or a perfect dedicated work-from-home setup that is detached from the rest of the living space upstairs. Go ahead and plug into the 27 inch Apple Display monitor for more screen real estate. Personally, we use this space as an in-law suite so you get some alone time after a full day with the grandparents! The downstairs space has its own bathroom, sink and minifridge too so you are fully self-sufficient.

The suite opens to the outdoor deck which has 2 large sofas and a big cantilever umbrella for shaded reading and hanging out. Walk down to the garden and you will find a firepit with rustic tree stump seats. Take some time to meditate on the chaise lounges in the morning or even try the tree swing (at your own risk haha)
