COURTYARD: Enter through the gated courtyard and you’re welcomed by a grand fountain and a serene space ideal for morning coffee or evening cocktails. This sprawling property spans three distinct levels.

LIVING ROOM: Through the front door, you’ll find a sun-filled living room with a gas fireplace and three sets of French doors opening to stunning canyon views. Three balconies on the upper level overlook the picturesque backyard below.



DINING ROOM: Step down into the formal dining room featuring soaring 14-foot ceilings and a charming breakfast nook with a built-in banquette.



KITCHEN: The open-concept kitchen boasts dramatic 20-foot ceilings, skylights, Italian marble, and direct courtyard access. Fully equipped with Viking appliances, it’s designed for effortless entertaining.



TWO GUEST ROOMS: To the right are two guest bedrooms with queen beds and a shared full bathroom in the hallway featuring a double vanity. The front bedroom overlooks the courtyard; the rear bedroom offers serene pool and garden views.

SECRET GARDEN: A charming staircase leads to the home’s most magical feature: the secret garden. At the top, you’ll find 100+year-old grapefruit, avocado, and lemon trees, a private lawn, outdoor seating, and sweeping canyon views. Perfect for morning yoga, playing fetch with your dog, or unwinding under the pergola with a bottle of wine.

Known for its quiet, winding streets, historic homes, and lush canyon views, it feels like a secluded retreat while remaining minutes from Hollywood, studios, hiking trails, and dining. Locals love its strong community vibe, scenic walks, and easy access to Griffith Park—perfect for guests seeking privacy, nature, and classic LA character without sacrificing convenience.



Getting Around:

The best is to rent a car but Uber is readily available.



Other Things to Note:

- NO PARTIES (this includes the guests. If any of the guests are staying up all night playing music and being disruptive than it is a party)



- NO LOUD MUSIC (keep all doors closed)



- NO MUSIC BY THE POOL PAST SUNSET



- QUIET HOURS START AT 10pm (even talking echos throughout the neighborhood so please be respectful)



- ENTERING AND EXITING - Loud cars, drunk guests entering/exiting are disruptive.



- BEING RUDE TO THE NEIGHBORS- You will be asked to leave.



If you break any of these rules you will be asked to leave. The neighborhood is on high alert and police will be called. Remember you're staying in a home on a residential street. Please treat the space and the neighbors with respect. Otherwise you will be EVICTED IMMEDIATELY WITH NO REFUND AND $1000 NOISE FINE.



**For security purposes, there are outdoor security cameras & ring cameras. There is a noise monitoring device outside to monitor noise levels. We will notify you if noise levels exceed limit.



**Jacuzzi & yard maintenance occurs once a week and you will be notified the day before.



**Jacuzzi is heated but the Heated Pool is $200 a day and you must give me 24 hours notice- it takes 15 hours to heat up.
