Home Truths:
- Noise from Gower Street can be heard in the home. Many careful upgrades and renovations have taken place here, however noise still travels throughout this historic location. The age of the building allows noise to travel easily between neighboring units. We do our best to mitigate disturbances and thus ask kindly to notify us immediately of any noise-related disturbances.
- Please be aware that in a large city like Los Angeles, you may encounter transient individuals outdoors.
- This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- The washer and dryer at this property are shared.
- Please note: There is no private courtyard space. Courtyards are shared, and each unit shares one courtyard with one other unit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. AvantStay Day Dreams Suite in Hollywood was Excellent! Upon arrival you quickly realize you are the ONLY "hideaway" unit above the other places. The Decor is swanky, huge shower and unique layout. The best part... the private balcony with the most amazing view of the HOLLYWOOD sign! Short walk to Hollywood & Sunset BLVD with great eats nearby. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

My teenage daughter and I stayed over her fall break. The location of the property was fantastic - easy walking distance to food and sight seeing on Hollywood Blvd and easy drive to Universal Studios. Having a dedicated parking space at the property was a huge positive, as we've had challenges with parking in LA in the past. The property itself was lovely and felt very secure behind the locked gates. I loved having coffee on the little balcony in the mornings. Great view of the Hollywood sign on clear days!

Room was excellent. Lots of amenities like an Airbnb would have. Totally remodeled and modern. Excellent air conditioning, bed, 65 inch TV at least, huge shower, soft quality towels, toaster, oven, white noise, machine. Very private with two balconies upstairs and the downstairs each have a huge patio. for the price, I was really impressed.

A Perfect Little Place in Hollywood

I really enjoyed my stay at this location. It's the perfect size place for one or two people. The location is excellent and walking distance to several eateries, etc. I appreciated the artistic touches inside the home and felt taken care of by the property owners. I had to evacuate for one night due to the fires and I was reimbursed. I highly recommend this lovely place in Hollywood. Love that there's parking as well!
