As an authorized guest of LA Apartment Rentals, you have access to all of the property amenities: Pool, Spa, state-of-the-art Fitness Center, Rooftop Terrace with dining areas and barbecue grills, Lounge & Terrace, Billiards, Yoga Studio, 24/7 attended lobby, Library that offers work-from-home conveniences like high-speed Internet, desktop computers and printers, and so much more.

Rental includes all Utilities, WiFi, Cable TV, Parking, and all of the community amenities.
All Guests are required to provide Government issued Photo ID at check-in.
All Guests are required to SIGN and AGREE to Property & House RULES at check-in.

HOUSE RULES:
- No Smoking anywhere on the Premises. This is a completely smoke-free community.
- No Parties
- No Pets
- No Noise Disturbances
- No Unauthorized Guests
- Maximum Occupancy 3 - First and Last names of all Occupants required, including children.
- Guest is responsible for returning ALL property KEY FOBS
$200 replacement fee for each item lost or not returned.
- Guest is responsible for leaving the property in the same condition at time of check-out as it was at check-in.

ANY SMOKING, UNAUTHORIZED PETS, DISTURBANCE TO NEIGHBORS IN THE BUILDING, OR ANY VIOLATION OF THE RENTAL AGREEMENT AND PROPERTY RULES WILL RESULT IN FORFEITURE OF SECURITY DEPOSIT: $1,000

Mid-Stay Cleaning required on stays of 3 weeks or longer at $100 per cleaning.
