Charming Beach Bungalow with Patio and Carport, Pet friendly

Welcome to the ultimate Venice experience: a cute beach cottage, authentic and comfortable. Close to everything in Venice and Santa Monica. Head out for shopping and for the night to famous Abbot Kinney Blvd, just 1 block away. All hotspots of Venice are at walking distance: canals, Main St, Muscle Beach, skate park... Carport included. All surfaces are professionally cleaned and disinfected.

There is only one floor, so it's easy to access. There are a few steps to walk down from the kitchen to the bedroom and a patio in the bedroom.

The unit is 600 square feet and has a combination of hardwood floor and tiles flooring. It has one bedroom with a queen-size bed that sleeps two people comfortably. In the living room, a sofa pulls out to convert to a queen-sized bed which sleeps two people as well. The kitchen separates the living room and the bedroom, there is no separation door.

One bathroom with a shower and a tub, shampoo, shower gel, beach towels and a hairdryer are provided. A fully-equipped kitchen (four burners stove, oven, refrigerator, toaster, coffee pot, kettle, microwave, crockery and cutlery for four people, cooking utensils).

In the bedroom, you will find a yoga mat, an iron, an ironing board and beach gear (beach chairs, beach toys).

If you have a car, you can park it in our carport. Otherwise, street parking is easy and free. Just make sure to read the signs for the street cleaning (Monday on one side of the street and Tuesday on the other side, from noon to 2pm).

The check-in procedure is automated so you don't need to worry about late arrivals or having to wait for us at the property. We accommodate early check-ins at 1:30pm and late check-outs at 12:30pm for a $50 fee each. Just let us know your time of arrival and departure prior; you will pay us the extra fee directly after booking.

Pet Policy: We welcome up to two pets per stay and charge $20 per pet per night. Please let us know how many pets you're bringing. The pet fee is included in the price if you're adding one pet when booking. You will have to pay us directly for the 2nd pet. Dogs should not be left unattended in the bungalow or private back patio at any time. The private back patio is not a dog park, please walk your dog on the street for bathroom breaks. If you're attending an event and need to leave your dog behind, a pet sitter is required. We're happy to recommend a great local sitter.

According to Vrbo guidelines, a camera on the porch films everyone's comings and goings.

There is no AC in the bungalow as in most of the buildings in Venice. There is always a nice breeze though, as we are so close to the ocean. We provide two portable fans and there is a ceiling fan in the bedroom. Please, use the fans only in case of heat wave, otherwise open the windows to save electricity. Thanks!
