The property was poorly maintained looked good in pictures has enough room for multiple people which is what I was looking for. From the moment we arrived we noticed poor sheet rock patch jobs with paint chipping, the kitchen sink was clogged and wouldn't drain...owner new about it because there was a bucket under the cabinet to catch leaking water and sheet to abbsorb it. Also the beds and couch were really worn down, and I asked the owner about a gym or fitness equipment the ad says the place had he never replied and we never saw anything of the sort. Also the ad says complimentary parking but owner said yes we can park in driveway but it way to small to park anything but a motorcycle otherwise if you block sidewalk you could get a ticket, so we parked in the street. There were other things that made the stay unsatisfactory, things that could use work...it has potential but it does need work before letting people stay. there.

This was a super cute property according to the pictures. However, the address on the property was incorrect. Had to message the host for the correct address. Also, when we arrived the kitchen was crawling with ANTS! We didn't dare to put any food on the counters because anything we set down became a magnet for them. The property looked updated but was actually very run-down, with peeling paint, cracked walls, and gaps in weatherstripping on exterior doors. This property is also listed as free parking, but if you park on the property you block the sidewalk, which is a code violation in most cities. Wifi information didn't come with the property, had to wait for a reply from the host. When we finally got the information, there was no service. We were told to turn the router off and back on again. Never worked for the length of the stay. I would avoid this property. The only saving grace was the price, which I now understand. Will not be staying here again.

We were sent the code close to 4pm to self check in, I had to message host to get exact address, but host responded quickly with the correct address. House was clean and spacious enough for our family’s 3 night getaway. Kitchen and laundry had great appliances, just no dishwasher. The bedrooms had plenty of space for all 4 of our kids to have their own beds The 2 bathrooms are small, but both showers worked well with plenty of hot water and there were enough towels for all of us.The area is quiet, fast food restaurants within walking distance and grocery stores and sit down restaurants all within a 10 minute drive.My family was happy and comfortable, I would recommend this location for your getaway.

Fantastic!!

The property manager was very kind and accommodating. The property itself is very clean, maintained, and the air conditioning was incredibly convenient. The rooms had more than enough space for everyone to sleep comfortably. Overall great stay, would definitely recommend.

Good option for the price

A group of us rented this vrbo for a weekend trip after a conference. We were able to fit 9 people, though it was snug and people shared beds. The check in process would have been easy if we had been given the correct address (I’m not sure if this is normal as this is my first rented vrbo). We were routed to a motel and had to call the owner to ask for the correct address. We had to buy our own laundry detergent for laundry, and had to search for the bath towels before showering (tho did find them in one of the many closets). The outdoor area was very nice, especially in the morning, though sometimes the neighbors could be overheard arguing.
