The host was not reachable when we reached the property. We had to wait for an hour outside before she picked up the call. The parking details were omitted in the property listing. It said park parking available giving the impression that garage park available. However, it was street parking. The dishwasher wasn’t there in the property which was not also mentioned. The shower head was in older state and very hard to operate. I would say that we are glad that we had to spend very little time in the property.

Nice home/bad communication

Home was comfortable, clean, and in a great location. But communication with the property management has been terrible. The kitchen lights weren't working. Apparently this was a known issue, but no one told me. Arriving in the dark to this was very confusing and never got fixed while we were there. I called and emailed all the contacts, but it was not resolved. There was no laundry detergent or sponges/dish towels for the kitchen. Because of the communication lag, I purchased these items. One person I talked to said to submit receipts for reimbursement. I did, and then another person said they couldn't reimburse me. I'm still arguing these issues nearly a month later. Also, there is no dishwasher, although it was listed on VRBO. Wouldn't have been a big deal if there were appropriate kitchen supplies. So, nice home, TERRIBLE property manager.

This condo is in a great location for getting around Burbank and down to Hollywood / LA. We liked the layout of the condo and the appointments were good. However-renter beware: you will receive absolutely no support from the local property manager during your stay. We arrived a couple of hours early and reached out to see if we could check in early. No response at all, and we tried text, phone call AND email. On day two, we realized that there were 3 lights that would not turn on at all in the kitchen and dining area. It seemed like maybe a fuse was out. Again, we reached out for help and got absolutely no response. I was actually working remotely from the condo during the day, so the lighting issue was a pain. But, no assistance to be had. I found myself thinking: if the WiFi had an issue, I would really be in trouble since I was working, knowing that I would get NO assistance locally. So, again, nice condo in a great location, but you better hope you don’t need any help at all during your stay.

Great space in a great location!

This is a fantastic space in the best location for places such as universal and Warner Bros studio tour! It was so nice to have 2 bedrooms with plenty of space and a little yard with our kids. We would definitely stay here again!

Mostly great

Pros: The place is very clean, bright, spacious and lovely, and looks exactly like the pictures. The fenced-in backyard is a great place to sit outside and the neighborhood is very sweet and quiet and easy to get around in. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed, including nicer cookware than you usually find in a rental.Cons: Communication with the host was quite frustrating, sometimes we waited days and had to send multiple messages before getting an answer. We booked a stay for three and a half weeks and a week before we arrived asked if we could shorten the stay by one week. It took over two weeks for us to get a clear answer about this, but when we finally did they were accommodating and allowed it. Also note that the bedrooms share a wall with the next door unit, and when the unit is occupied you can definitely hear people moving around in there. Thankfully this was only an issue for a couple days of our two and a half week stay.We would stay again.

Great Place in Burbank

This was a great location for our trip on this side of town in LA, just a short drive from Burbank airport and plenty of things to do that were located nearby. We loved the neighborhood and no issue finding street parking. The home was very clean and had a well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and nice smart TVs and internet. Hard to ask for more for an extended weekend stay!

Perfect accommodations & Perfect location

I could not have been happier with this listing !! The house was very very clean and smelled good . The owner thought of everything even body wash and shampoo, coffee and snacks . It is 5 minutes away from Universal and Warner Brothers Srudios. I will definitely save this VRBO home on my account for future visits to LA.

Great place

This little house was perfect for our family of four. It had enough space for everyone to have downtime by themselves after long days at Universal. Our drive to and from Universal was never more than 15 minutes. The neighborhood was nice and felt safe. My one complaint is the use of a sponge to clean the dishes.

Listing is very accurate

Clean, up to date, everything works. Pleasant welcoming environment with nice modern touches. I chose this for the location to be in proximity to family. As a renter I can do the dishes but prefer that the cleaning staff put away to check my work.

Good location in Burbank

The unit is in the middle of two other properties. (Duplex). It was clean and decorated nicely. The living area is quite large. It is located in a nice area and walkable to Porto’s Bakery which we enjoyed and a must visit. My only negative comment is that the unit is noisy. The street noise, air conditioning was loud and we could hear the adjoining unit residents. So if you’re a light sleeper, this may not be the place for you.

Family vacation

Took the family for a weekend vacation to Universal Studios. The listing was perfect for the family, met all of our needs. The location was also perfect for us! Just a few minutes from Universal Studios, and Hollywood. Nice neighborhood, would love to stay again in the future.
