This stylish guest suite is a new construction completed in late November 2023. Itâs attached to the main house yet fully self-contained, with its own private entrance and fenced backyard, giving you comfort and privacy.

The exclusive guest entrance and two designated guest parking spots are located on left side of our driveway. If you have two cars, please park vertically. There is no overnight street parking except Friday and Saturday night. Push open the white side gate to enter and use your four digits access code to unlock the guest unit.
â Other things to note â
âą Keyless check-in/out: A secure 4-digit access code will be provided before your arrival.
âą Guests traveling with children: Please note that we do not provide amenities for infants. If youâre visiting with little ones, kindly bring any necessary items such as a high chair, portable crib, or stroller.
âą Our gardener comes every Tuesday around 5pm for routine yard maintenance and will need to access the side yard and patio area, usually for about 30 minutes
âą Because the guest suite is attached to the main house and adjacent to our storage and laundry rooms, you may occasionally hear some noise when we run a load of laundry. We do our best to schedule it thoughtfully and not disturb you. Your privacy and comfort are very important to us, and weâre committed to making your stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. Weâre very responsive via text and, since we live on the property, weâre available if you need anything during your stay.
