The Space:
This stylish and comfortable 4-bedroom home offers a peaceful escape just minutes from Universal Studios. The spacious living area includes a large sectional, smart TV, and space to unwind with friends and family. The full kitchen is stocked with everything you need for cooking at home, with a dining area for shared meals indoors or outside.

Three of the four bedrooms include en-suite bathrooms, and the master suite features a king-size bed and a view overlooking Universal Studios. The other bedrooms are equally well-appointed for a restful night.

Outside, enjoy the large pool, Hot Tob Jacuzzi for 4, loungers for sunbathing, a shaded dining table, and a mini-golf course in the front yard. This property is designed for guests looking for comfort, fun, and relaxation in one of LA’s most desirable neighborhoods.

The home is stocked with high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs, air conditioning and heating, a washer and dryer, and all the amenities you’d expect for a quality stay.

Other Things to Note:
This home is located on a hill. Please drive carefully, especially when arriving or parking. There are exterior security cameras monitoring the entry for guest safety. Pool heating is available for an additional fee and must be requested in advance. The Pac-Man arcade machine shown in some past photos is no longer available.

Pool Heating Fees: $150/day with a minimum of 2 days. Let us know in advance if you’d like to use these services.

Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-outs without prior approval will incur a $100 fee per additional hour.

We kindly ask all guests to complete a short check-in form before arrival. Once submitted, we’ll send over your check-in instructions. The form will request each guest’s contact info, and a valid ID with a quick selfie. This simple step helps ensure that only registered guests are staying at the property.
