Hello VRBOWe had a wonderful stay, once the address location was corrected. The house accommodated the 12 of us comfortably.It was disappointing to be sent to a different address from what was initially provided. We had 3 carloads of people driving through the neighborhood trying to find the house. After calling the host we were told the original address. Not sure of the circumstances that led to the address change, but it was unfortunate to start the stay wandering through the neighborhood for 15 minutes until the address was corrected. I will say the hosts response was quick and that was much appreciated. The spa was clean and up to temperature. After a wet New Years Day, it was enjoyed by many of the group. The bathrooms were clean with lots of towels (we needed them) and the water heater withstood a barge of showers when we got back from a very wet day at the Rose Bowl. The Kitchen was stocked well to handle our crowd – the appliances worked well and most of them were running at the same time without a problem. We did not receive the Wi-Fi password, so I had to call the host – The host responded very timely and provided the password. I really appreciated the quick response. Since it rained all day, we had piles of wet clothes to wash and dry. The dryer seemed to be working at half efficiency – the clothes came out still damp. We had to run all the loads a second time. The house accommodated the group comfortably and added to what has been for the family a Great Ti

This home was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with kitchen utensils, paper products, towels, soaps, and other essentials. The only trick was figuring out how to open the driveway gate in the dark when we arrived. But other than that, everything went smoothly. Definitely recommend this property!

Stayed here to attend a football game at the Rose Bowl. Great location and nice amenities. Some could be upgraded like the coffee machine, but everything worked fine. The host was great in communicating as there was an unexpected hiccup our first day, but did what they could to remedy it which was appreciated! Overall we would stay again.

The house was perfect for our family. It sits at the end of a quiet street so there is very lottle noise or traffic. The house was clean when we arrived, the check in process was super easy, and the kitchen was stocked with all the basics! The location was perfect, right at the base of Los Angeles National Forest and it was an easy drive into the mountains. I would definitely recommend this home for a family or group of friends!

This rental is perfection! Me and 3 friends stayed here for two nights. We saw a concert at the Rose Bowl which is very conveniently located. It was a short and easy uber ride. The house is clean, the neighborhood is quiet. The house is very spacious. We enjoyed the hot tub! We could have easily accommodated more people. The owner was very easy to communicate with. I will absolutely stay here again!!!!

We were looking for a place that 8 family members could stay for my son’s wedding in Pasadena with plenty of space and parking in a quiet neighborhood. This house fit the bill and then some. It was so convenient to downtown Pasadena, Altadena, the Jet Propulsion Lab, and La Canada Flintridge and only 20-25 minutes to Burbank Airport. House is much bigger than it looks in pictures with full-size kitchen, dining room, and living room. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. At no point did we feel cramped. Loved the neighborhood that is away from commercial areas but not too far away. Jammie was very communicative and the house was so clean and well-furnished. Everyone liked the outdoor hot tub and my grandkids loved the front yard and sand box. If we come back for Rose Parade or Rose Bowl, we will definitely consider this house.

An Altadena Gem

Our stay at this property was lovely. It was spacious and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for us and was near our family in La Canada. The neighborhood had some good restaurants and coffee shops. The area was also good for walking and hiking.

It was a clean quiet place to stay, with plenty of room. We had a lot of fun staying here, and it was super close to the Rose Bowl Stadium where we went for an event. Ubering to there only took us 15 mins even with event traffic, so that was enjoyable!

Great space, but communication needs improvement

The property itself was great for our needs. We were in town for a festival and mainly looking for enough bedrooms and bathrooms for our group to sleep comfortably and get ready—this place delivered on that. There was plenty of space for our mixed group of friends, and it worked well as a home base since we were out most of the time.That said, the communication and check-in process left a lot to be desired. The host only responded via phone calls, which made coordination difficult. On the day of check-in, I received a completely different address than what VRBO had provided. I couldn’t get a response until I called from the airport, which was frustrating and stressful.The host explained it was due to a previous guest throwing a party and upsetting neighbors, but the sudden switch was still concerning—especially since I was asked about parties during booking simply because I inquired about parking. The new location also ended up being further from the festival, which was a bummer since we had planned to walk.A few other notes:The front door’s keypad knob combo was finicky and made locking/unlocking tricky.Wi-Fi instructions were only sent via message (nothing at the house) and were inaccurate. We had to call again to get the correct info, which was stressful since one of our friends needed internet access for work involving patient care.All in all, solid house but rough experience on the logistics and communication side.

Lovely Stay

Myself and 2 of my co-workers stayed here for 1 week while working in Pasadena. The house was well equipped with really comfortable beds. The neighborhood is very cute and quite and a short walk to Hahamongna Watershed Park and a great view of the JPL. Short, easy commute to the Rose Bowl and Pasadena. Hosts were very kind and responsive!

Comfortable Family Home

My family of eight attended the Rose Parade and used this address for our lodging. It was approximately a 10 minute drive to Pasadena. The house was very clean, well supplied, and looked like it was recently updated. The owner responded to my questions in a timely and helpful manner. The room configuration, with two bedrooms in the front of the house and two in the back worked well for my family. We enjoyed our visit.

Family friendly

Our family of 11 were so impressed with each family unit having their own section of the house with a bathroom. Made getting ready for the outings more efficient and less chaotic. With 5 kids under 10 we were so pleased the home was kid friendly and plenty of room for them to play with toys provided in the home or toss the football in the backyard. We would recommend this comfortable, safe, quiet neighborhood home to others visiting in the area. Host very easy to contact with any questions or concerns. Just minutes from Universal Studios, since that was our vacation destination it was a huge plus.

Great Property and very clean!

The property was great and really well manicured and maintained! I had only 2 minor issues. First access entry into the home was a lever not a deadbolt, which to me is a bit weird, but manageable. I would have felt safer with a deadbolt. The other was i couldn't find extra linens for the pull out couch. Other than that everything else was great.

Good for groups

The house is well laid out for groups with the number of bedrooms and baths. The kitchen is well stocked for those planning on cooking group meals. The location is close to the Rose Bowl and highway access. The neighborhood is average, not upscale. The furnishings are on the inexpensive side.
