The property is nestled between the towns of Puerto Lumbreras and Velez-Rubio.
Each town is approximately a 15 min drive away, where you will find plenty of shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, medical centre , and dentist, among other amenities.

The lively city of Lorca is just a 20min drive away , and 50 mins to the beautiful south coast.

The house is over 300 years old. It’s typical Spanish architecture gives a warm, welcoming feel, and the tastefully renovated property boasts 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens, and multiple living/dining areas.

Comfortably hosting up to 12 guests It is the perfect family getaway, with the added benefit of 518 M2 internal floor area meaning you can always find your own space to relax.

Air conditioning is available in multiple areas of the house for additional comfort on those hot days.

The living areas are also equipped with fireplaces to cosy up on those winter evenings.
