Located in the beautiful harbour town of Looe, your holiday retreat offers superb views, original features and spacious accommodation on three levels. Ideal for exploring South Cornwall and its plethora of delights!. Ground Floor:

First Floor:
Bedroom 1: Kingsize (5ft) Bed
Bedroom 2: Bunk (3ft) Beds
Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over With Shower Attachment, Toilet
Second Floor:
Bedroom 3: Kingsize (5ft) Bed, Smart TV Ensuite: Cubicle Shower, Toilet
Bedroom 4: Double (4ft 6in) Bed. Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Rear small courtyard. Public car park, unloading at the door. No smoking. Please note: There is a steep slope and steps to the property. Children must be supervised on the front terrace as there is a low wall with drop behind.. Your holiday home is on three levels, comprising plenty of space for up to eight guests in comfort. The kitchen is well-equipped and has original features, whilst the living space provides soft furnishings in which to relax in style and a large farmhouse style dining kitchen. The upper levels contain a family bathroom with shower cubicle, two double bedrooms, a further bedroom with kingsize bed and en-suite bathroom and a fourth bedroom with bunk bed. The rear of the property has a small courtyard area.
Looking down on to the River Looe below, this charming town house has wonderful views leading towards this famous harbour town, a few minutesâ walk away. The narrow streets have an array of shops, pubs, and restaurants, where locally caught fish is a menu favourite! Take a leisurely stroll to East Looe Beach or take in the coastal views from Hannafore Point across to Looe Island, now a marine nature reserve, teaming with a plethora of wildlife. A trip to Polperro, just a short distance to the east, is a must. Long associated with tales of smuggling long ago, this beautiful port village has an unspoilt feel with pretty cottages, of all shapes and sizes.
Catch a train on the Looe Valley Railway Line to the ancient market town of Liskeard, through stunning scenery, woodland and rolling hills, or visit the marvel that is The Eden Project, an amazing world beneath huge Biomes, including the worldâs largest indoor rainforest. The Southern Cornish coastline has many beaches, coves and inlets to explore, and if you are luckyâŠyou may just spot a dolphin or two!
