On the ground floor of this traditional cottage, a compact kitchen diner provides everything you need, with a narrow stable door leading out to a private decking area—a perfect spot for enjoying morning coffee while soaking in the river views. This level also features a cosy twin bedroom and a downstairs cloakroom for convenience.

Upstairs, the living room is a comfortable retreat, furnished with twin leather chairs, a leather sofa, and a large wood-burning stove, making it the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring, even more so on a stormy night. The room also includes a large TV for entertainment. A double bedroom and a bathroom with a double shower complete the upper floor. The outdoor decking runs the full length of the cottage, offering uninterrupted views across the river and harbour—a truly tranquil setting.

Polperro itself is full of charm, with boutique shops, art galleries, and a diverse selection of eateries. The village’s rich history of smuggling, especially of tobacco and whisky, is captured in the local museum. At the same time, the once-thriving herring fishing industry also adds to the town’s fascinating heritage.
