Flat walking access to Long Beach just across the road will see you dipping your toes in the water in no time, and it's a pet friendly (off leash) beach so your pooch can dip paws too!

During the cooler months, sit back, relax and reconnect with family and friends by the fireplace while taking in that beautiful view.

The Space:
Upon entrance you will find an open planned living space consisting of the dining/living and kitchen that opens out to a large front and back deck space. The spaces are private, the front with water views and back of the beautiful bushland that connects to a National Park. You will often see Kangaroos resting in the bushland behind.

Off the main living areas are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom/toilet with 2-way access from the main bedroom and other guest spaces.

A large laundry will see great use for families and pets with quick access to the back deck to hang out your swimmers to dry, ready for a swim the next day.

The study/reading nook finds a fireplace for the cooler months and the staircase from this, leads down to a ping pong table. A great place to send the kids!
