The Exquisite flat in the heart of Covent Garden

It should be noted that the building has a split-level ground floor which both the flat and main building entrance occupy. There are 22 steps (2 flights) to climb from the main entrance to the flat entrance.

• No parties, gatherings or events. Strictly not allowed under any circumstances

• Not suitable for pets.

• No smoking


Additional rules

• Keep the apartment tidy and clean during through your stay until your departure.

• Please do not fry or cook foods with strong odours in the apartment.

• Kindly pay attention to not leave marks on floors and walls throughout your stay and take extra care when moving your suitcases around the apartment.

• In respect of your privacy, the host and his staff have access to the flat for ordinary maintenance and housekeeping duties.

• Please take your rubbish out regularly.

• We leave extra towels and linen inside the apartments as a courtesy in case you need them. Please help our cleaning team and repay the courtesy by washing, and when possible dry any extras 1 day before your departure.
