Les points forts : Propreté
There were too many basic things wrong with this stay: 1) No hangers in the wardrobe; 2) No teaspoons; 3) A broken dining chair; 4) No proper wine glasses (champagne glasses instead); 5) Poor communication around check-in. It's fine for it to be delayed for good reason but please let me know beforehand so I'm not having to wait around on a streetcorner for half an hour; 6) The HOUST processes were unnecessary and over-complicated; 7) The TV wasn't tuned in. For the price these are basic things that shouldn't of be sorted.
