â° Late Check-out: ÂŁ50 for every 30 minutes past 11:00 AM.
Our cleaners operate on a tight schedule. Unauthorized late check-outs delay the cleaning process for the next guest.
đ Lost Keys / Lockouts: ÂŁ50 + cost of replacement.
If you lock yourself out and require a host or concierge to attend the property outside of check-in hours, a call-out fee applies. If keys are lost, the guest is liable for the full cost of replacing the lock/fobs.
đ Parties / Noise Complaints: ÂŁ500 + immediate eviction.
Strictly no parties or gatherings. If building security or neighbors report excessive noise or a party, you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund, and a penalty fee will be charged for the disruption.
