Self check-in from 3:00 PM by collecting keys at a nearby location. Wi-Fi is available, great for both work and leisure. A refundable damage deposit is required.
The Space:
Welcome to this stylish 100 mÂČ 2-bedroom apartment on the 4th floor of a building with an elevator, perfectly situated on Newman Street in the heart of Fitzrovia. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.
Bedroom 1: 1 Queen bed, Bedroom 2: 1 Queen bed. The apartment has a full en-suite bathroom in Bedroom 1, and a second full bathroom accessible via the hallway. One bathroom has a shower/bathtub.
The living area is a great space to unwind, with a smart tv (flat screen) and dining table and chairs.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: full fridge, oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, drip DeLonghi coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A combination washer-dryer is available for your convenience. The flat has central heating throughout the cooler months.

Good to know before you book
Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in â simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If youâre arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00â9:59 PM incur a ÂŁ50 fee; 10:00 PMâ12:59 AM is ÂŁ90; after 1:00 AM is ÂŁ120. Weâre flexible when we can be â just give us a heads-up!

Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of ÂŁ800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.
Max guests: 4 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.
Smoking: The apartment is non-smoking throughout.
Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.

Fitzrovia and its neighbour Soho form one of the most exciting creative hubs in central London. Fitzrovia is known for its independent restaurants, creative agencies, and lively Charlotte Street dining scene. Soho, immediately to the south, is Londonâs entertainment heart, packed with theatres, bars, restaurants, and an eclectic mix of people at all hours. Oxford Circus, Tottenham Court Road, and Goodge Street underground stations are all within minutes, giving superb connections across the city.

Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom. The elevator is not guaranteed and may occasionally be out of service. Common areas, including stairwells, may vary in condition due to cleaning or maintenance. Photos are as accurate as possible â minor updates may not always be reflected immediately. Management may occasionally need access to the property for inspection, maintenance or viewings (between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM with reasonable notice). In genuine emergencies, access may be required without prior notice. Weâll always communicate as much as possible and be respectful of your stay.
