Living/ dining/ kitchen space:
The open-plan living area is perfect for both relaxation and entertainment. Sink into the comfortable L-shaped sofa and enjoy a movie night, or gather around the 6-seater dining table for a home-cooked meal prepared in the fully equipped kitchen. With modern appliances, plenty of counter space, and all the cookware and utensils you could need, the kitchen is a home chef's delight.
Large windows open up the space and flood the room with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Step out onto the private balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind with a glass of wine in the evening, taking in the stunning cityscape views.

The Neighborhood:
Unusually for somewhere so central, Paddington has managed to avoid becoming a tourist hub in the way of Marble Arch and Oxford Street.
There are still quiet streets to be found, independent cafes and even the two-month-long annual Paddington Festival to celebrate the area. What else? For world-class shopping and European cafe culture, Oxford Street and Marylebone are only a short distance away, while if youâre looking to get away from big-city, the canal (2 minutes from property) is the perfect place for a weekend walk, al fresco lunch, amazing brunch spots, bakeries and wine bars or even a leisurely tour from one of the many canal boat operators, and thereâs always Hyde Park too.
The apartments location is perfect, a 20 minute walk to Notting hill, 30 mins to portobello road.
Getting Around:
I am a 5 minute walk from Paddington Station (Bakerloo, Hammersmith & City, Circle and District Line) as well as mainline trains to the West of the country (Bath, Bristol, Exeter).
A 15 minute walk gets you to Lancaster gate for the Central Line (straight across town to Liverpool Street/the City)
You can't get much more central than where I am. Couple of details of times to places below:

- Oxford Street (20 minute walk)
- Notting Hill/Westbourne Grove (15 minute walk)

- Westminster (20 minutes by tube)
