Real wood flooring and clever under-stair storage add both warmth and practicality to this inviting area.
Bedroom 1:
A comfortable and calm double bedroom featuring a Continental queen-size bed with a deep, orthopaedic mattress, feather duvet and pillows, and crisp cotton linen. You'll also find built-in wardrobes, a chest of drawers, and USB charging points, with double blackout blinds for a perfect nightâs sleep.
Bedroom 2:
Spacious and sun-filled, this large double room includes a double bed with an orthopaedic mattress, feather bedding, and hotel-quality cotton linen. It also includes ample built-in storage, USB ports, and a dedicated desk space on requestâideal for remote workers. A blackout blind blocks the morning sun, allowing for lazy lie-ins.
Bedroom 3:
This cosy single room is compact but well appointed, usually used as an office. It features a comfortable single bed with a memory foam mattress, also dressed in premium linens and makes a great space for a solo traveller or child.
Bathroom:
The modern family bathroom has been recently refurbished and includes a full-sized bath with a power shower overhead, plus a second shower attachment built into the tapâperfect for washing hair or rinsing off quickly. LED lighting, a large wall-mounted radiator, and complimentary shower gel, shampoo, and soap are also provided.
Private Garden:
Small but wonderfully designed, the garden is one of the standout features of the home. Decked around an olive tree with climbing wisteria and a backdrop of rosemary, lavender, and lilies, this fragrant space is ideal for BBQs or relaxing on warm evenings. A chiminea allows you to enjoy the garden even when the temperature dipsâcosy, private, and truly unique.
It might not look like much from the outside, but weâve put a lot of thought and love into the interior and we truly love the result. The real beauty of this home is its unbeatable location: just a ten-minute walk to both Clapham Common (Northern Line tube) and Clapham Junction (mainline trains). There are also buses nearby with direct routes to the West End, Vauxhall, Westminster, Waterloo, Soho, Chelsea, and Victoria.
Situated outside the congestion charge zone, street parking is available with a ticket from a nearby machine during weekdays (9:30amâ5:30pm) and free at weekends. For easy cycling, âBoris Bikesâ are just at the end of the road.

A mixed residential area behind two main north/south and east/west roads. Quiet (mostly) and very central (you can be in Westminster/West End/Victoria in 20 mins by bus, or 15 mins by Uber). Very close to Clapham Common (Northern Line Tube) and Clapham Junction (mainline train).
The area is slowly gentrifying, so we now have a "hip" new independent coffee bar two minutes walk away, our favourite French restaurant less than a minute away, two other French restaurants three minutes and ten minutes away respectively, Indian, Thai, Italian, Chinese, and Argentinian restaurants all locally - and buses into Soho, Chelsea and the Kings Road just outside.
There is on-road parking outside which usually has free spaces, but you will need to buy permits in advance as the ticket machine will only issue tickets for 4 hours maximum.
Getting Around:
Very close to tube and mainline stations (walkable if no luggage). Parking outside and Tube ten mins walk. Buses to all parts of central London from outside. Parking outside is usually available but not free of charge.
