The house is minutes away from New Eltham Train Station and Local Shops and Restaurants.
London Bridge Station is only 20 minutes train ride from New Eltham Train Station.
Nearby you will find a variety of shops, supermarkets, pubs, bars and restaurants.
There is limited free parking available outside the hours of Mon-Fri, 9:30-11 am.
The property is located in a residential area - STRICTLY NO PARTIES!
The space
There are 4 bedrooms in the property, living area, dining area overlooking the beautiful back garden and a kitchen.
3 bedrooms are on the first floor and master bedroom is on the 2nd floor of the house:
Master bedroom - has a double bed, a wardrobe, bedside tables and and offers a lovely view of the back garden.
Bedroom 2 and 3 - has a double beds, bedside tables and lamps and a clothes storage.
Bedrooms 4 - has a single bed that would comfortably sleep one person.
On the ground floor you will find:
The Kitchen - with all amenities and appliances you may need to cook a delicious meal. This includes amenities like the oven, gas hob, kettle, microwave, toaster, fridge freezer and much more
Living area - two massive sofas which should comfortably accommodate every guest and a smart TV.
Dining area - with a dining table and chairs to host 6 guests.
Garden - a spacious green space with outdoor garden furniture.
Parking: There is limited free parking available outside the hours of Mon-Fri, 9:30-11 am
NOTE: There will be some complimentary tea and coffee, as well as shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items included are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll which will last a couple of days. If you wish to purchase more for your stay there are a number of supermarkets and shops nearby.
Guest access
Guests will have access to all of the property.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
