Our spacious penthouse places you in the heart of Shoreditch and all the weird and wonderful things it has to offer.
Relax in our 180 sqm loft, featuring wooden floors, exposed beams, and large windows, after a long day of walking or working in the city. When British weather permits, enjoy the open air and sun of our breathtaking rooftop terrace.
**While this property can host up to 10 guests, it is not for stag dos, hen dos, birthday celebrations, or parties of any kindâno exceptions!
The Space:
Simply referred to as 'The Loft,â our property is an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living space. Our fully equipped kitchen is perfect for entertaining and serving up convenient, delicious meals. Youâll find more than enough space for 10 people. The Loft is drenched in an urban, industrial aesthetic that recalls the history of the city. High-end design fittings and fixtures, Victorian sash windows, and a floor-to-ceiling mirror add up to a luxurious penthouse that would make Patrick Bateman blush.
The crown jewel of the property is the roof terraceâopen spaces in Central London are a rarity! The suntrap terrace has a lounge and dining area. Have your lunch and watch the hustle and bustle of the city from the comfort of your chair. Our living area includes Apple TV, Netflix, and Virgin Media. Our bedrooms feature comfy Simba mattresses so you can get a peaceful nightâs rest. The Loft includes a luxurious roll top bath to soak in, alongside a shower in each en-suite.
*Please note that the property is on the 3rd floor. There are 2 flights of stairs to enter our apartment. (And no elevator)
Guest Access:
The space gives you full private access to our loft and roof terrace. (The terrace cannot be used after 10 pm.)
We also use noise sensors and a door camera (on the street-level front door) to monitor noise and movement to ensure parties are not hosted.
The sleeping arrangements in The Loft are as follows.
2 x king-size bedrooms (both with en-suite)
1 x double bunk bed, with a double bottom bunk, and single top bunk (with toilet next door)
3 x single fold-out beds (one located in each bedroom)
The Neighborhood:
Brick Lane is a must-see. A super quirky street filled with amazing foods to try, markets and one-of-a-kind.
Try a bagel at one of the many yummy bagel shops around Shoreditch. Sweet or savoury, thereâs something for you. Beigel Shop London is one of the best!
Looking for something a bit more unique? Play ping pong and have some beers at Bounce or play table football at Bar Kick.
Boxpark is the worldâs first pop-up mall made entirely out of shipping containers. A huge variety of food and drinks to try.
Just have a wander around!
There are quirky coffee shops and eateries, street art to be photographed and a whole host of bars and pubs to check out.
Getting Around:
âPUBLIC TRANSPORTâ
Getting to our property is super easy! The Old Street tube station is only a 30-second walk away. The underground tube system is the easiest and fastest way to get around London.
If youâre coming along on the tube, then exit at Old Street station (Barbican side).
Other Things to Note:
Please bear in mind our property is located in Central London. The streets can be a little noisy, as one would expect.
We may require a deposit for single-night bookings, last-minute reservations, and large booking groups. This can be retained for noise complaints, unauthorised parties, excessive uncleanliness, or damage beyond normal use.
We have a security protocol in place to stop parties that do not adhere to noise regulations. The cost of enforcement can be up to ÂŁ1,000.
Our neighbours must be treated with ultimate respect, and you must adhere to any request for less noise with immediate effect. We operate with a zero-tolerance policy on neighbour abuse, verbal or physical.
Outside guests are not permitted in the Loft apartment at any point without prior written approval on Airbnb communication channels.
Interaction with Guests:
We provide a self-check-in service for The Loft.
However, please do not hesitate to contact us at any point during your stay if you experience any issues or require assistance entering the property.
