Think leafy squares, elegant Edwardian villas, and streets lined with white stucco houses—a classic family neighbourhood that feels off the tourist trail while still being within easy reach of London’s sights.

On England’s Lane you’ll find independent gems like Terra Moderna (Italian dining), Artichoke (fruit, veg & juice bar), and The Washington, a proper old-school pub. There’s also a bakery, butchers, cafĂ©s, and a Tesco Express, with stylish boutiques and patisseries giving the area a distinctly European piazza feel.

Belsize Park offers two centres: around the Underground (with a supermarket, cinema, and casual dining) and Belsize Village, where locals gather on warm evenings. Several bus routes run along Haverstock Hill and Finchley Road, providing easy connections to central London and surrounding neighbourhoods.
