Grandeur de la chambre un peu étroite pour 4 personnes. La literie etait de bonne qualitée.

Poor Customer Service

Pros: Breakfast good Internet Clean room
Cons: Customer service must be looked into very quickly
Location: Good chinese around the place
I went to reception an arrival and was given a card for entry to my door. The guy said go down the road to the next block and you will see your room is no 30. I went form House No 103 and there were 2 other Saba Hotels in 77 and 85. He could have said go to no 85 but he didn't give clear information, I got to No77 and was told to go to No 85. I arrived at No 85 and the card entry didn't work. I had to walk back to No 103 carrying my heavy luggage before the guy scanned the card and came with me to open the door. I asked roe chair to work on my laptop and i was told okay. i had to call 3 separate times and no chair was brought to the room. I went to the Canteen to get a chair and it was locked. I had to sit on the floor to work on my laptop which was totally and inconvenience. Room was okay. Breakfast girls were okay but customer service from reception was poor.

Very clean comfortable hotel

Pros: Cleanliness, quiet room,pleasant staff, great location
Cons: Breakfast a little chaotic but tasty,room a bit small but adequate
Location: Excellent location 5 - 10 min walk from Hammersmith tube
