I recently stayed at this apartment in London and unfortunately, it was quite a disappointing experience. To begin with, I didn’t receive any check-in details until I contacted the property myself the day before my stay. While the location is excellent
 just a short walk from Warren Street Station and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shops
 the positives sadly stop there. The property itself was difficult to access. The key was extremely hard to use, making locking and unlocking the door frustrating every time. We were placed in a basement room, which felt very claustrophobic. The room was incredibly tiny
much smaller than expected
with barely any walking space. It was uncomfortably hot with no air conditioning. Although a fan was provided, it didn’t do much to cool the space. There was only a small skylight window that barely allowed for any air circulation, and even that kept getting stuck when trying to open or close it. The bathroom door was also faulty and wouldn’t close properly, which was inconvenient. The worst part of the stay was being woken up at 3am by the fire alarm. It caused a lot of panic, and when I called the out-of-hours emergency line, no one picked up. Everyone in the building had to wait outside for around 10–15 minutes until the alarm finally stopped
 with no explanation or assistance provided. Overall, despite the great location, I would not stay here again due to the poor condition of the apartment, lack of responsiveness from owners.

The property has several apartments, and your apartment is assigned at random. We were given the very top/ last apartment in the building, and had to walk up 4 flights of very narrow stairs with our luggage. We didn't mind so much because we are young and fit, but for people with mobility issues, this would be very difficult. We did not receive an email with instructions on the self-check-in as we were supposed to, but thankfully, I was able to find a number and get this resolved quickly. Our apartment was nice and clean, but very tiny, and had no windows, only a skylight. The skylight was supposed to have an automatic shade, but it was broken. When I called to let them know, they said a maintenance person would come to fix it, but it remained broken for the entirety of our stay. The only reason this was an issue, is because it made the aparmtent extermely hot. As a result we had to constantly have the A/C on, which also did not work half the time. Thankfully, we went during a cool front in the summer, but had it been 90 degrees out, I don't know if we could bear the lack of A/C in that apartment. The bed was fine, but we each only had 1 pillow, which was as thin as cardboard. The area was nice, and had a tube station just 5 5-minute walk. For young, fit travelers just looking for a simple bed and shower, this place is alright. For anyone else, I'd look elsewhere, especially for the price.

Great little apartment in London.

Tiny apartment, but has everything you need. Very clean. Great for one or two nights. I'd definitely return. Some stairs to access the apartment which could be tricky for those with mobility issues.

This was a lovely place to stay! They even let us check in early, which was so helpful. The location was excellent. The bed was extremely comfortable. There was air conditioning also, which was a plus on a couple of hot days.

The tight narrow 4.5 flights of stairs with heavy luggage were dangerous. The apartment is spotlessly clean and well decorated but way too small. We are tall people - it was very difficult to move in the bathroom and bedroom. The TV would not connect to anything either during our stay

Just spent five nights in one of the studio apartments at this property. It had everything I needed for my visit to London. I especially appreciated all of the public transportation options that were within a few minutes walk. I also liked a couple of the restaurants and cafes that were close by. Definitely will consider staying at this property again.

Easy and clean

We love the simplicity, cleanliness, newly renovated and ease of access. It's our second use of Concept apartments in London. Only ask would be to offer two keys for couples rather than just one.

Compact but effective

I was really impressed. This Apartment is decidedly "Bigot" and I suspect if there were 2 of you it might be challenging. But for me as a lone traveller it was fine and literally has everything you might need. A very convenient location and really easy to find. I shall stay here again.

Grat Apartment in the middle of London

Great place to stay in Central London, close to lots of shops and restaurants, and public transportation. Very clean and well equipped, be aware that if you are staying in the top floor apartment, there are 60 steps!

Overpriced budget accommodation

The apartment is very small—far too small for two people. The bed is only 120 cm wide, with a cheap foam mattress where you can feel the bed slats through it. The kitchen is not really a kitchen, just a fridge and a kettle. The service is non-existent. Due to the uncomfortable bed, I asked if I could check out after one night and be refunded for the remaining nights. They sent me a standard response, saying they would get back to me in 10 working days. Avoid this place—there are better and cheaper options just around the corner.

Very clean studio apartment, in a safe area. Everything I needed for one night in London. Lots of restaurants and breakfast options right on the street. Walking distance to Euston station, vey close to the Warren Street tube station. The coffee machine in the room was a bonus. Thanks

Very nice and small Apartment, but got everything and plenty of room in the bathroom. Close to lots of stations and in walking distance to a great many things. Thank god for the aircon for both the building itself and the apartment is ubelievable hot, apparently I was super lucky and got the only apartment with aircon. Neighbourhood is nice and lots of shopping and restaurants.

Central and convenient

Tiny studio apartment but comfortable, central and well-equipped for self-catering during my stay. A very short walk from Warren Street tube station, also convenient to Regent's Park if you like a morning run and a wide choice of shops and places to eat. The big downside for the summer was the fact that the window did not fully open which meant it was very hard to cool the apartment down naturally without resorting to the air-con.
