A one-bed flat in a Grade II listed property featuring a generously sized private terrace just a stone's throw from Paddington Station in Zone 1. Recently renovated with much love and care, the transformation of the terrace continues to create a tranquil oasis in the heart of the city.
Situated on the top floor of a charming period property at the corner of a picturesque tree-lined street, I often take a longer walk from the station to soak in the atmosphere. Hyde Park is conveniently located at the other end of this lovely road.
When you enter the flat, you'll find the living/dining room to your left and the kitchen to your right, with a storage cupboard between the two spaces. The bedroom is accessed through the living/dining area, and the bathroom via the bedroom.
As soon as you step inside, you'll be greeted by views of the terrace, which connects the living/dining room to the bedroom and can be reached from either room through floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors.
