About this space
Enjoy our spacious home located in an exclusive enclave of Putney and just a 2-minute walk from the Thames. You'll find an open-plan lounge area with a super comfy sofa, a kitchen, and a large dining area. Floor-to-ceiling bi-folding patio doors drench the flat in sunlight. The bedroom has a luxurious king bed whilst the adjacent bathroom is fully tiled in marble with a wet room/shower area. Our place also has a/c for the hot weather! Itâs the perfect sanctuary from the bustle of central London.

Please note private parking is available at a cost of GBP20 per day for stays of two days or more.
For one day the charge is GBP25.

Pass the KeysÂź provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned, and professionally cleaned linens and toiletries are guaranteed. 24/7 guest support is also available before and during your stay.
The local community-based Pass the KeysÂź team personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the KeysÂź Property Readiness Standard.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
