Wonderful experience for my family of seven. Clean and spacious rooms with 3 very nice full bathrooms and kitchen with dishwasher and washer and dryer. Fabulous location in Mayfair walking distance to most major sites. Very nice staff.

Great location- quiet little corner in Mayfair. Lovely interior, just as pictured. Kitchen had all that was needed to cook, as well as a nice grill on the patio. Living area was a perfect cozy place to relax in the evenings. Staff was friendly and responsive. Would definitely book a stay here again!

The apartment was fantastic! The location was very near two tube stops and there was a very friendly atmosphere throughout the neighborhood. Communication with the managers was also excellent. The house was perfect! The bedrooms are all a good size and each has a bathroom, the living, dining and kitchen areas are spacious and well appointed. The outside patio is wonderful and the glass doors open fully which really extends the living space. The location is ideal. I highly recommend this place.

A short 6 minute walk to Green Park tube station and situated between 2 of London's most beautiful parks. Property lacks nothing and among the very best apartments we've experinced. We had a wonderful stay at 9 Hertford Street. The location is absolutely perfect – tucked away in a quiet street yet just steps from Hyde Park, Green Park, and all the restaurants, shops, and attractions of Mayfair. It felt like having a peaceful retreat right in the heart of London.The apartment was spacious, spotless, and very well-appointed. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided – from a fully equipped kitchen to cozy furnishings that made it feel like home. The attention to detail was clear, and it was much nicer than staying in a typical hotel.The staff were fantastic – welcoming, helpful, and always available if we had a question. Their hospitality made the experience even better.We would highly recommend 9 Hertford Street to anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable, and convenient place to stay in London. We feel very fortunate to have stayed here. The location could not be beat. It was a quiet reprieve that had all the amenities we needed. It was large and comfortable for our party of 6. The concierge was helpful and polite - they even provided a pull out bed for our use. Communication with the owners was fast and efficient. The beds were luxurious. The kitchen was fully stocked with 3 types of coffee machines and utensils. Everything worked perfectly and was in great shape. We loved spending time on the patio. Getting to the house and around London was easy using the underground. I would highly recommend staying here, you won’t be disappointed. We look forward to our next stay!

The apartment exceeded my expectations. It was much bigger than the photos and everything was impeccable! Sarah was the person handling the communication with me and she was responsive and helpful. Exceptional apartment in perfect location

We rented the apartment to stay in London for our daughter’s wedding. It was the perfect place for us all to get ready for the wedding, with plenty of space in the living/dining area to have hair and make up done for the bride and bridesmaids. The apartment is spacious, beautifully furnished with 3 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The kitchen is modern and well equipped, and tea, coffee and biscuits are supplied. A lovely touch was a wedding congratulations card and beautiful flowers. The courtyard is a wonderful place to relax. The apartment was beautifully quiet and relaxing yet close to the wedding venue. The reception staff were lovely and very helpful. We highly recommend the apartment.

Huge, comfortable flat in London

We were amazed as soon as we stepped in the door. The common rooms were huge! Even better than the photos show. Each bedroom had a bath (or more), The flat was in a great area - easy to catch the tube to travel to the sites around town. We loved all the little restaurants and bars in the neighborhood and ate most meals at them. The homeowners answers our questions quickly and with great information. We walked to a lot of sites around town (Hyde Park rose garden, Buckingham Palace, Victoria memorial, Green Park, the British Museum, Thames River, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey). We taxied to some things farther away (Tower of London and Churchill war rooms). The coffee pot, dishwasher, and other kitchen amenties worked great. We really loved the place. Would return in a minute.The only thing that would have been handy is to have the washer/dryer instruction book available.

Expensive, but worth the splurge

The location was ideal for our group who wanted mostly to walk to parks and the major tourist sites in central London. The neighborhood is quiet and the residence very large and well-suited for three couples and a small child.
