Stylish, modern 1 bed apart in Canary Wharf. Breathtaking views of London Skyline and River Thames. Wake up to view the Shard, London Bridge, Canary Wharf Pier from your bedroom window! Quiet neighbours, blackout curtains, secure, concierge, Wifi, aircon, supermarket downstairs. Cleaning included once a week upon request. If alternative âcheck inâ time is required please message to request before booking.
The space
This apartment is safe and secure, and unlike most apartments advertised as being in Canary Wharf, itâs actually located within the Canary Wharf estate, and not surrounding area. It's only around 9 mins walk to the tube, Canary Wharf (Jubilee line). It is fully fitted with luxury appliances. It has a NescafĂ© Dolce Gusto coffee machine. The main feature is the breathtaking views, the photos don't do it justice. So even though it is only one bedroom it feels very spacious and the large windows provide a wide view of the river, skyline, and city lights. A highlight is watching the glorious sunrise and set every day.
Single or couple travellers only
Please note, this apartment is most suitable for single travellers, and the bedroom and lounge only has a partition wall and no door. However, couples are permitted if they maintain the quiet and peaceful atmosphere of the building, and take care of the interiors.
The pricing of this apartment has been set on this basis.
It is not suitable for more than two guests. Therefore please do not book if you intend to bring more guests.
A good understanding and speaking of English is required.
There are many things to know about the apartment (which contains luxury fittings) in order to take care of it and maintain the privacy of the residents in the building. These are explained in the house manual and by the host on arrival. Unfortunately the host can only communicate these guidelines in English and it would be extremely difficult for guests to understand if they are unable to speak and understand English very well.

Cleaning
- Will be provided once a week if staying longer than a week.
- Surfaces cleaned with anti-bacterial wipes.
- Carpet cleaned regularly with a Vax carpet cleaner.
- Separate towels and linen for guests (who frequent only occasionally as opposed to daily usage in hotels).
- Duvets, sheets and towels washed with anti-bacterial solution and updated regularly.
- Steam cleaning using a hand held steamer of any items which cannot be put in the machine (e.g. some delicate fabric cushions).
- Kettle cleaned with descaler regularly.
Please relax and enjoy your stay. Do not worry about cleaning the apartment before you leave, as cleaning is part of the service fee. (If you remember, please take out the rubbish if you have any meat or dairy items to dispose of).
