This charming apartment in the heart of central London boasts an unbeatable location, just a short stroll from Waterloo Station, the London Eye, Big Ben, and Westminster. Perfect for up to 5 guests (using the sofa bed), it offers everything you need for a cosy and comfortable stay in the city. The property features two double bedrooms with fresh hotel-quality linens and towels, a bright and airy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a family bathroom.
The Space:
This second-floor apartment (no lift) is situated in a charming red-brick building. It offers two spacious and comfortable double bedrooms with ample storage and double beds dressed in crisp hotel-quality linens. The bright living room features large windows, modern furnishings, and a TV, creating a welcoming space to relax. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essentials for home-cooked meals, such as an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, cookware, and utensils. For an additional guest, a sofa bed in the living area can be prepared before your arrival for an extra fee (please select 5 guests when booking). The family bathroom includes a bath, shower, and complimentary toiletries for your convenience. The perfect central London base!

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is just a short stroll from the South Bank, where you will find a number of attractions including the London Eye, Southbank Centre and a lovely walking path along the river Thames towards the Tate Modern and other attractions. Cross the bridge over the river to Westminster with the famous Houses of Parliament and Big Ben, and then beyond that, you can take a stroll through St.James' Park to Buckingham Palace. If theatre is more your thing and you want to sample something different from the musicals of the West End, check out performances at the Vaults or the National Theatre, both within easy walking distance. Additionally, the fact that you are so close to Waterloo Station means you can connect with a 15 minute tube ride to essentially anywhere you might want to go in central London â from Oxford Circus and Regent Street to the luxury shopping of Bond Street to shows in the West End.
Getting Around:
Waterloo station is just 5 minutes walk away, with various underground links taking you across London within minutes, as well as National Rail services to the rest of the country. There are also several bus routes leaving from the main road 2 minutes from the apartment. There are also local bike subscriptions that can be easily rented by downloading an app, and are a great way to see London.
Other Things to Note:
There is a sofa bed for 1 person in the living area that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 3 guests when booking).
-Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in.
-All guests must present their passport/ID upon check-in
-For check-ins after 10pm there will be fees
-If you fail to arrive at the property within an hour from your scheduled arrival time there will be a fee of ÂŁ10 for each extra hour you are late. If we need to rearrange your check-in to a later time on the day there will be a ÂŁ20 fee (if the check-in is later than 22:00 late check-in fees will also apply).
-If you are delayed, please let us know in advance, and depending on the notice, we may be able to able to rearrange check-in.
- For check-ins between 22:00 and 00:00 there is a ÂŁ50 fee.
- For check-ins after 00:00 there is a ÂŁ75 fee
- We may be able to arrange a late check-out after 10am if you let us know in advance and depending on the availability of the property.
- Late check-outs are charged at ÂŁ10 per hour after 10am.
