Great Value and Location but Very Dirty

You can't beat the price and location for this 1 br apartment in London. It's walkable to Westminster and the neighborhood was safe. Their team was very kind and responsive when I reached out to them. Unfortunately, the check in process was painful and their check in directions could have been more clear. You pick up the key from a poorly marked store, then lug your suitcase for a 15 min walk to the actual apartment building. The written description for key fobs were overly complicated when you only needed 1 for the outside building, then 1 key for the apartment itself. The inside was moderately clean. The worst were the stained, white towels that felt like cardboard. I don't need anything fancy, but dirty is not okay. There was also opened milk in the fridge when we checked in. We also requested the living room bed be set up but only 1/2 of it was set. We had 4 people listed and one couple had to share a twin bed because there was no clean linen to set the other twin bed below it. Overall, if the cleanliness wasn't an issue, it would have been a perfect stay.

Walking distance to major sites!

Loved the location being able to walk to Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, the underground and lovely restaurants. However, we needed the fourth bed and the slats that support it would not stay in place so the bed sagged and was terribly uncomfortable.

Sewer Flys

Nice people, nicely decorated. The pullout bed needs a makeover. It may be good for a little kid but not for a teenager or older. It was very dirty when pulled out. The slats kept popping out. The worst part were the tons of sewer flys.
