Self check-in starting from 3:00PM by picking up keys at a nearby shop. Wi-Fi is available, great for both work and leisure. A refundable damage deposit is required, in full accordance with platform's policies.

Property Details:

This 80-sqm apartment is located on the 1st floor without a lift. There is a space that can be used as a living, dining or home office area. It is furnished with a sofa along with a double bed, flat-screen TV and a dining table and chairs. The apartment includes Wi-Fi, suitable for working from home and making video calls.



The fully equipped kitchen has an electric tea kettle, sink, toaster, full refrigerator, stove, drip (Delonghi) coffee machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. The apartment has a combination clothes washer and dryer. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available.



Each of the three bedrooms is street facing and furnished with queen size beds with superior quality mattresses. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has one full en-suite bathroom and one bathroom accessible via the hallway, both have showers, sinks and toilets. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay.



Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans can be provided upon request, subject to availability.

A baby bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee of ÂŁ50 for your stay. A baby chair can be provided for ÂŁ50. Both can be provided for ÂŁ70. Please inquire once your reservation is confirmed. Wi-Fi may occasionally be unstable due to connectivity issues affecting the entire area or due to the service provider.

*In the instance that you you will NOT be doing a self check-in and a member of our Welcoming Team must meet you to provide the keys: if you arrive between 7:00PM and 10:00PM there will be a ÂŁ50 late check-in fee. After 10:00PM there will be a ÂŁ90 check-in fee. This fee is only payable in cash in local currency. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point.



Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00. If any personal items are left behind, we will do our best to assist with their return or arrange a pick-up, but any associated costs or service fees will be the guest’s responsibility.

What a fabulous location. We loved the immediate area and it was also easy to access buses or the tube to explore other parts of London. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. Great location. Very spacious.

The location is great. The accommodations were clean but the bathrooms were a bit dated and could use a refresh. The only negative is the amount of effort to get my security deposit back. It took more than 14 days to get a response for my request to refund the deposit and VRBO support was not helpful. While I did eventually get it back, it took way more effort than it was worth.

Nice spot in Fitzrovia

This was a very decent apartment in a good area. We enjoyed wandering Fitzrovia, which reminded us a little of Greenwich Village in NYC. The only problem, and it wasn't really a problem but more of an inconvenience, was retrieval and return of the keys, which took place at a little shop several blocks from the apartment. We enjoyed our stay.

Great Location

Great Location! Walkable to many attractions, close to several tube stations and numerous shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. Clean, bright, sunny space with nice bathrooms and good kitchen facilities, great for our family of 5 with 3 teens. Instructions were provided for appliances, but it was tricky to figure out the washer/dryer. We had to pick up the keys at a different location that was a 10-15 min walk away, would have been more convenient to have the keys onsite in a lockbox, or have a combination to enter. The door lock was tricky to figure out but once we knew what to do it was fine. Although a couple of blocks off the main street there was a lot of outside noise that came through the windows, especially the trash truck that comes in the middle of the night. Over all a really nice place with ample space, very updated, great location. Would recommend without hesitation!

Great flat on great location

Flat was nice and location was even nicer! Walk to all sorts of restaurants, close Tube station, close to groceries, etc. only issue is there is a fair amount noise at night due to location.

Affordable 3 bedroom

I travelled with family and needed an affordable 3 bedroom; the layout of the flat is really nice, complete with balcony. Also great location; close to a drugstore and 3 different grocery stores and 1/2 hour by underground to any and all tourist attractions. HOUST was really good about communicating immediately; they brought us an extra set of keys in a timely manner! Only 2 minor complaints: the TV only works for apps with YOUR login and password. We couldn’t watch BBC news or any local TV stations. That’s a bit deceptive in the on-line description. Also one of the bedrooms is lacking window drapery; in June the sun goes down around 10 pm and comes up at 5 am. For any jet lagged traveler from overseas, it’s nice to keep the sun out! I would gladly stay here again!

Property manager will not refund my 800 deposit

My family stayed at this lovely flat during our vacation to London in June 2022. The vendor had me change deposit providers at the last minute after I paid through Paypal, asked me to pay through Swikly. He informed me he would initiate a refund from Paypal but as of today, January 2023, I still have not received a refund of 600 pounds! I filed a complaint with both VRBO and Paypal. The vendor was agreeable to begin with but now the time has passed to file a dispute with my credit card. Very unfortunate because it is a lovely property in a good location!

Super Soho apartment

Ideal location for our big girls get together. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. There were 7 of us staying so the living space was a little crowded but it was just a base for our London trip. Just wish there had been enough crockery for our whole group and a few wine/champagne glasses would have been handy. Toasting the birthday girl with an assortment of pint glasses and mugs was amusing! Key pickup and drop off was very easy.

Fantastic location, very good layout for a family of five. Pleasing, unfussy interiors without being stark. We really liked it -- the only issue was the washer/dryer, which didn't work that well. Otherwise, excellent.

Avoid this one - they did not return my damage deposit

I've been using VRBO for years now, and this is the first negative experience I've had with a host. When booking, I was charged for a significant damage deposit that would be returned to me upon leaving (and no damage). We left the condo as planned, with zero damage or issues, and have now had to follow up with the host at least five times, and have still not seen anything. Constantly, I get the message that "we are working hard to get you the damage deposit, thank you for your patience, etc.". I don't want to speculate as to why they haven't returned our cash to us, but this is disappointing to say the least. Avoid this host.

Expensive Apt with disgusting floors

We had high hopes for this apt. We paid over 900 GBP for two nights and while all seemed fine, my mother's phone slid under her bed on the second night. Upon retrieving it, we were met with a sanitary pad in tow. I proceeded to look under the bed and was shocked to see a disgusting amount of dirt, used masks, old toothbrushes, and food under EVERY bed. Underneath the beds clearly haven't been cleaned in a LONG time and frankly, in the time coming out of Covid, cleanliness of an expensive apt in Soho is the LEAST we should have expected. To make matters worse, the host was unwilling to refund the cleaning fee, which is all we requested. Avoid this Apt and go stay at the Travel Lodge (which will be cleaner).

Overall property was as advertised. Check in was difficult, the key wasn’t right around the corner. We had to walk close to a mile to pick up the key from a store then walk back to flat. It was difficult with luggage and after traveling all night. Otherwise great place in the heart of everything.

We had a great stay in this flat. The location is outstanding. I walked everywhere (somewhat to the chagrin of my family). We had some trouble with the WiFi, but the owner responded immediately with a new router. Would stay here again.
